I’d had the Ferragamo Piercing bag on my wish list for months but was reluctant to purchase as I felt it was too small for everyday. I didn’t realize it was available in a larger size until THAHAB appeared in my search. It was love at first sight, not only for the bag but the team at THAHAB. Their customer service was beyond exceptional through the sale and beyond. And the selection of merchandise amazing. They have moved from ‘never heard of’ to the top of my list for go to shop first online retailers. Highly recommend!

They I had to travel and missed my delivery, they forwarded my order to by destination. I arrived and found it waiting for me.

Very bad experience with them. Big delivery problem so I had to say that I wanted to return the purchased item. I order regularly and have never had so many problems. I called the carrier to organize the return, also called the government for the customs refund request and also wrote to Tahab to announce the refund request on the item. Everything was going well for the return until every day, Thahab writes to me to tell me that the best solution is to call the delivery man to organize the receipt of the package. For about a week and a half, every day, I say that everything is organized for the return, and he keeps telling me to call to organize the receipt of the package. Very unpleasant and all this to end today with another email received from Tahab telling me that there would be a lot of fees for the return so no refund on the item. I really don't advise you to buy from this company.

I want to add that at the end, they offer me a refund if i took off that review. No refund if that don’t fit but finally want to refund if i don’t put that review. I say no. Very desapointed

Great customer service and incredibly beautiful dress I couldn’t find anywhere but here as it was sold out. However the dress arrived smelling quite strongly of perfume. I don’t blame THAHAB as it probably came from whichever boutique they sourced it from smelling this way as it was tried on and maybe even worn and returned. I don’t dry clean designer clothes EVER so I had to hang it over my air purifier for days lol. But I’m lucky to have it. It was the last one of its kind on the web and I found it at THAHAB. Yes there are extra duties I had to pay to DHL but that’s just the world we live in now.

The package arrived beautifully packaged. However, it is important to disclose the amount a customer will be charged in duties/taxes prior to the customer making a final decision.

I was surprised to receive a bill from DHL for 133.00 in addition to what I paid for the Dolce Gabanna skirt.

This type of issue only discourages future purchases.

Very supportive Concierge Team, quick to respond and support, and a great line of items I cannot find elsewhere, highly recommend! I had a small issue with Australian Customs and the team where always supportive and effective to ensure I received my goods!

The item deviated slightly from the one shown online. Thahab first contacted me and showed me the pictures. I was ok and the delivery was fast. Can recommend👍

Where to even begin... I placed an order, paid through Paypal (thank god for that)- 4 days later still no shipping, I contacted them through mail and wapp call- nothing. I started investigating this website and realised that I could have additional tax fees since I'm in Croatia and decided to cancel an order and mailed them about my decision. The next day customer service agent called me on wapp and told me that I can't cancel an order because their partner boutique already shipped the bag to them- in Kuwait 😂 I said that I bought from web called eu.thahab.com and how the hell was I supposed to know they ship from Kuwait (there is no warning for international customers about tax duties and fees when you make an order). The agent try to convince me not to cancel, he said that they will mark package as a gift and I would have no problems with customs then. I didn't want to risk it and ask to cancel my order anyway. He said ok and send me wapp message confirming that the order was canceled.
After two days there was still no refund or mail with order cancellation so I mailed them again. They replied that they still couldn't cancel the order (even though the agent had previously confirmed to me via WhatsApp that it had been cancelled). After that, I wrote a harsh email threatening to write negative comments on all sites including Trustpilot and then the agent called me AGAIN. He said that their website policy states that order cancellations are not possible and they offered to pay the customs costs in full. I said that I don't want to deal with them anymore and ask them to cancel my order immediately, but the agent told me that I could cancel, but that they would deduct the costs of sending the package to Kuwait in the amount of €60 from my refund. Let me remind you again- I'm still in Croatia (have you ever heard anything more illogical?!)
I didn't know what to do anymore and said that I would get back to them. Of course I didn't because they are a bunch of unprofessional lunatics and I contacted Paypal and asked for the card transaction to be cancelled. After 3 days, Paypal refunded my money (10 days from the order). Thahab contacted me several more times via WhatsApp and email to ask if they should cancel the order or send it, and of course I didn't respond, then they wrote me an email saying they would refund my money, after deducting the related charges incurred - including shipping, customs, and handling fees - for shipping the item from and back to our boutique partner, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Paypal has already refunded me so I didn't care anymore. They can deduct it from the air now 🤣
What can I say...? You can't make something like this up even if you wanted to. The worst and most pointless online shopping experience of my life.

I hardly ever write reviews but this online store was a surprise find so I felt compelled to.
I found an item at a price far better than anywhere else so I decided to take the chance.
There's good and bad, so let's start with the bad. It's a marketplace similar to Farfetch, they don't actually hold stock; they source from other boutiques who have the physical item and sell on their behalf essentially. However, unlike Farfetch who authorise the boutique to ship directly to you, THAHAB gets the item sent to them first and then they repackage and send to you after. This protracts the time you would usually get your item had to you ordered elsewhere.
Also, in my experience, if you want a quicker response to queries use the webchat; they didn't pick up my email or WhatsApp message for a couple of days, but where immediate with web chat.
OK that's the bad out the way.
Now, for the good -- I found an item at a great price, the item you receive is authentic, luxuriously packaged in a THAHAB gift box and sent with DHL Express shipping ( who are the best in logistics, - for free), so from ordered to delivered it took 8 days (5 working days).
Returning items seems to be a process though, so I would advise to do your homework and ensure you are ordering the correct product, size, colour etc.
Overall very pleased, and would not hesitate to order again.
