Do not use this company
Do not use these if there is a possibility you might have to return an item as they charge an extortionate amount. I bought a jacket that didn't fit me so I returned it to them. They deducted the cost of postage from my refund which amounted to £78.40!!!!! this is absolutely outrageous and when I queried it with them they said they would refund me £10 - do not use this company

Hello Linda,
We appreciate your thoughts, however, our return policy is clear, and it states that the client will be charged for shipping and customs fees in the case of a return or an exchange.
The amount that was deducted from your refunded amount was the exact cost we had incurred to ship your order from the vendor to us, and then from our premises to you and the same cost will be incurred when you return the order.
Companies that offer free returns often calculate the risk of a return within the selling price of the item, and in that case, the client will pay a premium price for the item in order for the vendor to avoid any financial loss that might happen should the client decide to return the order.
As for us, we do not let the client pay any extra for shipping (from the vendor side to us) and for customs incurred on our side, and instead we include those within the price of the items, and we also offer free shipping for orders that are above 200 USD. But as you can imagine, should the client decide to return the item, our margin would become void and so we are obliged to deduct these shipping and customs fees from the client.
We hope that this explains those fees, and it was also our pleasure to talk to you over the phone and explain these details to you.
We look forward to having you shop with us again soon, and assist you if you have any further inquiries.

This was my first time with this company. Yazan was super helpful and personally texted with me to ensure the correct order as I needed to make changes. Other, similar companies don’t allow that. Also, the prices were better than the actual brand’s on its official website. Thanks, Yazan!

Thahab is the Best.
Thahab is the best store I have ever dealt with. All the items are so unique with very affordable prices. The staffs, their customer services and contacts are the best in terms of answering quickly, changing the delivery addresses upon my urgent requests and delivering my orders as quickly as possible whenever I asked them. I recommend Thahab store highly. Its number one. Thanks again for all your help🙏

a good place to shop for discounted…
a good place to shop for discounted designer items but I wish they have multiple payment options like Alfterpay, Klarna, Affirm, etc. Other discounted designer stores online have these options and it makes it affordable for many because not always people have enough money on hand to purchase an item especially when it's on limited sale. I have an account with most of these payment options listed and I purchase designer items almost every week because of the flexible payment plan. THAHAB should consider affiliating with these companies and you will see an increase in shopping from your customers trust me.

Thank you for the kind feedback. We're surely continuously upgrading our features and payment options. We currently have an installments option that is functional for orders in Kuwait, but as our partnerships grow internationally we will surely work with international payment solution providers that would offer installments for our international clientele.

I ordered multiple times from Thahab, they have the best customer service with speedy delivery and really good prices. For a fendi bag I paid 300 KD less than the price in Kuwait's Fendi Boutique. I Highly recommend Thahab
