Beyond Excellence!
This was my first purchase from Thahab, however the experience is excellent, while clicking my size i accidentally picked a wrong Size but I immediately wrote to them since my payment was already debited but they confirmed that the requested size will be sent and they indeed kept the promise, Happy to recommend them and will definitely consider buying from them again in future soon.

I had a great experience and really enjoyed purchasing on Thahab website. Especially it was a pleasure dealing with their Concierge Team - they responded quickly and provided excellent customer support.
I placed an order for a Roger Vivier sneaker. But some problem arose with delivering to my country. I was very thrilled and disappointed with this situation.
But together with Concierge Team, through correspondence, we found a solution. So I easily re-ordered my sneakers to the address in another country and my package was fast and smoothly shipped to it.

I had a wonderful 1st experience. I have ordered a designer handbag in a color unavailable anywhere in the US. Note this is a luxury e-commerce, like Lyst or Far Fetched, not a store and they are located in Kuweit: do not expect your purchase to arrive in a few days. Also, in Kuweit, the weekend consists of Friday and Saturday. The official working week runs from Sunday to Thursday: so if you do not receive communications on certain days, realize that businesses are closed. Some expensive luxury items will first be shipped from the vendor to their headquarters for detailed inspection. Once my handbag was shipped, it arrived super quickly here in Texas, 100% as described and 100% authentic, and perfectly packaged and protected. Unfortunate tarrifs are NOT passed onto consumers: the price you pay is it - no surprises after the fact. THahab generously settles those at their own expense. I wanted to thank Thahab team for a great experience and a long-coveted handbag I will forever cherish.

Worst website experience ever. My daughter ordered a dress. Three days later she emailed to return. They said it has passed the return period. They demand a return within 24 hours! Ridiculous.

Defect product but claim as nature leather look.
The luxury bag I bought had a defect and was told it was natural leather look. After further questioning they mention I can send it back for an inspection. The fees had to be paid from my end.
Really bad experience and no due diligence from their end on the product before sending out. Such luxury bag should not have creased leather.

Delay in delivery of the shipment and inability to track the shipment. When I asked for the tracking number, they told me to ask them via WhatsApp and they will tell me the shipment plan every time. This is tiring.

Superb company with a beautiful selection
Shopping with Thahab has been an absolute pleasure and I sincerely look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.
I've been looking for a particular Anna Quan skirt for several months and was thrilled to see that my size was available on Thahab. As this was my first time shopping from their website, I came to Trust Pilot and was quite concerned with some of the negative reviews. The primary issues I noticed were regarding shipping, not being refunded for items that were not delivered, and import charges.
The first time I placed an order for this skirt was on November 10th. I received an extremely apologetic email from concierge, who informed me that my size was not available and my card was at no point charged. A few weeks later I checked again and noticed that my size was back in stock. I placed my order on November 22nd and on November 23rd I received an email with my DHL tracking information and an estimated arrival date. It is now November 27th and my skirt has been delivered in absolute perfect condition. My skirt was wrapped in a DHL bag, inside of which was a cardboard box, inside of which was the beautiful white Thahab box, wrapped with a tasteful black ribbon
When you make a purchase from *any* country outside of your own, the tax and duty fees of your country will be applied when the item enters your country. For reference the item I purchased was approximately $700 (CAD) and the import charge was $85.72. This has nothing to do with the business you are purchasing from.
Overall, I would highly recommend Thahab - they have an incredible collection, excellent customer service and fantastic shipping.

My experience was more than incredible. At first I thought that the prices of the dresses I bought were spam but I realized that they were serious people so I decided to buy them and in less than a week I had the merchandise in my hands packed in an elegant and impeccable way. I noticed that one of the dresses from Brox and Banco was missing the fabric belt and I wrote an email and via WhatsApp and the same day I received a response from them. The next day they wrote me that they would send it to me and in a few days I had it in my hands. There was follow-up of it and the reception. I was very impressed with the excellent service of the website. 100% recommended.
