I sent several requests via email and chat to return an item, and they’ve all been completely ignored. They should have said all sales final instead of falsely claiming to have a return policy.

We want to assure you that this is not the case. THAHAB is an online marketplace and we do not have our own stock; instead, we work with a vetted network of the world's best brands and boutiques.
When you place an order on our website, we confirm it with our partner brand or vendor within 48 hours. If the brand/vendor confirms, we will proceed to ship the item to you. Otherwise, if our brand/vendor does not confirm the order, we provide our clients the choice of receiving a full refund or exchanging for a different item.
In your case, you requested a refund, and we honored your request. We’ve also mentioned in our email that international refunds take between 2 and 3 weeks. Furthermore, we sent you a proof of refund with all the details in a PDF file and advised you to contact your bank.
We are confident that the funds have been deposited back into your account by this time.

Although it seems to be a European…
Although it seems to be a European website, my item was sent from Kuwait and therefore Inhad to pay extreme high import cost at DHL. These cost were not announced by the webshop, so hidden extra costs! They do not provide information when you want to return your item. So therefore return was at my own costs.

Definitely recommend
It’s an amazing website for luxury purchase. I ordered a Jimmy Choo, though I struggled to track order since they were working on their website, it didn’t provide any order related information. The customer service was amazing and cooperative to help me get details of my order. They delivered the order within 3 days. I am definitely shopping more from THAHAB.

Just don't waste your time on them
Don't waste your time on this site to purchase your desired item. Ordered twice different items. First time they came back to me with a claim that the specific item is sold out and they cant sourse it anywhere . Then they proposed to purchae a similar item for a much higher price, which didn't match my expectationts, eventially I had to cancel the order for a full refund. After a week I found another item on their site ,purchaed it and again , they came back to me with a same claim of sold out item, althouht it was advertised .Eventually I just asked to cancel the order and will never waste anither minute on them.
