Very bad experience. Damaged our company car. Also they switched all dash cams off. Would never trust this company our car again!!

my experience was of the pretty poor variety. Tried phoning once luggage arrived. Couldn't get through. Eventually got through and then was 45 mins before car arrived. A bit of a shambles and staff don't seem to give a damn.

Dreadful experience. Badly damaged my car and did not care. Do NOT use this company, they are careless and their customer services is useless. They will not treat your vehicle with care and will not acknowledge any damage they cause. Should be closed down.

I have been told to come to car park 1 at Luton airport.On my arrival i rang again some gone told my to get the ticket and get in.
Today 05/11/2018 21:17 I try to get out but at barrier i have been told to pay extra £110. I rang again to this number seven times I have been told that they can't help me. I have paid extra £110 to get out of this parking

Absolutely liars, damaged my car and claimed the damage was there before I handed my keys over. No evidence and totally appalling lies. DO NOT USE

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered, both during and after the event.

On arrival back at Luton, we called to inform them we had arrived once we had collected our bags (as instructed). From that point, it was 90 MINS until we received our car. During that time, we asked three times what was going on, only to be rudely fobbed off and told "it's on it's way". They tried to claim the traffic was really bad and it was taking much longer than usual for the cars to arrive. However, when the car finally arrived, I checked the running time on my digital display and it was 15 mins - no longer than it ought to have been in normal traffic. So we had simply been lied to. Of note, another family were experiencing exactly the same thing whilst we were there, and waited as long as us.

We complained afterwards and were told we would a receive a 50% refund, and 20% off future bookings. This was 2 months ago, and despite 3 further emails and one phonecall, we are yet to receive any money.

This company is a shambles, save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Parked the car with them without problem and also picked ok.
Two weeks passed and a penalty letter came through the door for parking at Luton train station. We contacted Swift and their reply was that often cars are moved to provide space and that the fine would be dealt with.
I wasn't happy by the response but accepted it would be sorted.
The next day an email arrived apologising for the fine and that the fine had been dealt with.
Six weeks later another penalty notice arrived for non payment of the fine
This company are a joke, I wouldn't trust them too put my bins out let alone park a car! One star is a compliment.

Having chosen a 'Premier Park and Ride' booking at Luton Airport, we were directed to 'Swift Park & Ride' a mile and a half from the airport. A disheveled person ambled up to us at reception, still smoking.
Eventually the minibus turned up; the driver came to the back of the bus eating (and smelling strongly of) bovril flavoured crisps. He barely spoke English and, after opening the rear door, wandered off. Clearly he was unaware of the company's promise that 'Our drivers will be pleased to load your luggage...' I gently suggested that his demeanour and behaviour came across as rather unprofessional, but he just shrugged and appeared to swear in Polish.
Coming back was little better. We were told that the bus would be with us in 25 minutes but we had to wait 45, and then only after ringing a second time. It was a sunny day but there would have been no real shelter had it been raining. This driver was, however, more helpful.
At the car park, the smoking man reappeared much to the annoyance of several customers - his explanation was that the only alternative would have been to keep us waiting until he'd finished his cigarette. We were eventually given our keys only to find that the car was blocked in. On informing one of the staff, my partner then received a rather rude response.
It's really hard to see how someone can run a business as incompetently as these people do. Survival is not compulsory!

Not Swift at all - took over half an hour to bring my car and staff are extremely rude and don’t care at all.

The attitude and body language of all the staff was extremely rude. Whilst talking to them all they did is stare at their mobiles and type messages and whilst staring at their phone told me that if you’ve phoned your car will turn up at some point.

I asked the guy to ring and see where my car is and he just ignored me eventually another guy turned up who I asked who made the call whilst the original guy carried on playing on his phone

Not the service I expect when I book meet and greet. These companies should not be allowed to sell a service they can’t deliver.

I was delayed significantly as a result and didn’t make my destination in time.

Used swift car parking at Luton airport and to be honest I would probably have given them a good review as they were fast at checking in the car and they were quick to bring it to us when we returned
My bad review is due to the fact that I had £30 removed from my car while I was away.
Had forgotten about it till I left the airport and didn't realise till I got home it was gone.
My mistake for leaving it there but be warned.....

Booked our holiday at very short notice, not having flown from Luton before I'd not used the parking companies there. A quick read of the reviews showed that Swift Airport Parking could be a bit hit and miss but the price was very good so we thought we'd chance it....

For us it was a hit, the service was great, it all worked out as it should. Our return was delayed so we called from Spain and the customer service chap was very helpful and said not to worry and he'd let the next shift know. After we collected our bags our car was there as we got to the pick up point, which at 2 am is exactly what you hope (and have paid) for of course.

There was a sight issue with our exit ticket but the chap sorted it out without fuss appreciating that after a delay that we just wanted to get going, he was ace.

All in all have to say great value and very good service in our experience, thank you.

This was a brilliant service. They answered the phone, met me at the car park and brought my car back on my return. It is really useful to have the car so close to the airport and its all very cost effective and all the people who work there are lovely and friendly.

I've used Swift at Luton Airport several times now. There has never been any problem at all with the booking online or booking in process at the airport, but the first time I had to wait quite a long time for the car on return. This has improved dramatically on the most recent occasions, despite the horrendous, protracted road works at Luton Airport which cause massive traffic jams and make predicting an arrival time almost impossible.Staff are always helpful and cheerful. They could do with some sort of sheltered waiting area in case of delay, but this may come once the roadworks are completed (how many more years of it?). On the most recent occasion there was no delay in dropping off or collecting, so I would use them again without hesitation. Doing a great job at a great price in very challenging conditions at Luton.

Used them for meet and greet at Luton in September, rang the number 10 minutes away from airport and it keep going to answer machine, by the time the guy rang back we where in the car park, what a shambles it took best part of 40 minutes to book the car in (they couldn't find the booking).
On return rang them as instructed first they said they didn't have our car and had no record of it, then when I said ok I ring the police and report it stolen by your company, they then said got the car sorry but then told us there was a 30 minute delay in bring the cars in the meeting point.
It's quicker and cheaper to park in long stay car park, less hassle.
Don't use theses people, they couldn't run a p--- up in a brewery.

only used these people once, left car with them, when i got it back it had a gouge in the bumper, at the time it was very late and dark and there were other people kicking off about damage to there vehicles. followed there instructions with photographs of the damage they caused. they said there photos were inconclusive. so far ive had 2 emails in 2 months and still no repairs, they did offer to give back what i paid for the meet and greet service which is £45 but to put the damage right will be hundreds! its an absolute disgrace and i would ignore the testimonials on there website as you cant post them yourself so are either edited or fake! Do not trust these people with your car, they are obviously cowboys!
