I've used the Meet & Greet service at Stansted a number of times - all was OK until they damage your car, absolutely no help what so ever - can never talk to anybody and eventually get an email claiming they accept no responsibility so tough! - the staff on site where to be honest 'clueless'
I won't be using them again and I'd encourage others to think twice.....

Paid and found through compare your parking. Called and called as required 30 mins before arriving and no one answered. We could not get an answer, had to pay short stay car parking at the airport to avoid missing our flight. AVOID

SCAMMERS!!! This company is a scam!! Rude, vile people told me to f*k off on the phone after i called them furious about their misleading price. They quote you one price then add £30 on once you have entered the car park for them to take your car in and out. Communication awful! They do not provide you with an email or their company name to try and avoid complaints. I will be reporting to trading standards. Stansted airport are aware of these scammers as they told me but are failing to do anything about it. They have also clearly reversed my car into something as there is a large scuff on the back of it!

My car was dropped off to me dirty and the drive gave me the keys, I asked him why my car so dirty, he just said speak to the office, then I discovered one of my tyres was flat, so he as drove my car all the way to me with a flat tyre, I called the office many times to seek help with my tyre and they just put me on hold, this company should not be allowed to treat people in this way and should not be able to leave anyone’s car at Stansted airport with them, total disregard for people and the really don’t care, heartless people

when we arrived at the airport to drop off our car, the staff were very rude and unclear on where we were supposed to go. when we came back from our trip and went to the car park to pick up the car we called and got put on hold twice we were then waiting for over an hour and called multiple times, there was 9 phone calls where we got put on hold or they hung up, they then said 10 minutes it was another 20. the man who met us gave the keys and walked off not even an apology for having to wait for almost 2 hours.

Upon my return to the UK via Stansted Airport. I followed their collection procedure and called the telephone number provided with my booking to arrange the return of my vehicle. I was advised that my car would be delivered to me within 30 minutes.
After waiting over 30 minutes and receiving no update, I contacted their team again. I was then informed that my vehicle had suffered a flat tyre and that I would need to be transported to their off-site holding area to collect it.
Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the issue was far more serious than a flat tyre. My vehicle had sustained substantial damage to the entire front nearside section, including but not limited to:
• Front bumper
• Front lighting units (2)
• Wheel arch
• Front side quarter panel
• Tyre and wheel
• Additional damage underneath the vehicle

When I raised these concerns with the staff on site, they denied any knowledge of how the damage had occurred and refused to accept any responsibility. Furthermore, my wife and I were left stranded at the holding area for approximately five hours without any meaningful assistance or support.
As a result of the circumstances and the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me, I contacted the police immediately. The incident has been recorded as criminal damage, and I have been issued with a crime reference number. I have also been advised that the police forensic team will be reviewing CCTV footage from their premises as part of their investigation.

In addition, I have notified my motor insurer of the incident, and they will be contacting them directly to obtain details of their insurance provider and to pursue recovery of all associated costs

FAKE SENSE OF SECURITY. Spare wheel stolen off my vehicle. Apparantley happens all the time when talking to Standstead Airport team or online forums.

If you read online reviews, Reddit, AI, it will tell you how theives are able to circumvent security and steal what they like. The security teams will not intervene unless attacked. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR?

Horrendous experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Refused to answer their phone, unprofessional and rude, and truly horrific customer service on all accounts. Am currently seeking a full refund on top of threatening to take them to the small claims court

Used for Stanstead, collecting the car 6th July. Overall service appalling. Late collecting the car from us on 1st July despite us ringing and giving them 30 mins notice of arrival. Very late bringing the car back. Told us 30 mins, kept saying 5 mins away ...turned up after an hour. Car is absolutely filthy outside and the floormats. When asked they couldn't care less. Guy just said 'im only the driver' . Other things....it looks like someone has been in the passenger side too.. footprints on the mats...no idea why. Pre programmed seat settings have also been changed. £26 additional charges ....13 each way. Absolutely rubbish company and service. Avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Waited over an hour for car. Very disorganised company, bad service. Do not use!

​Terrible Service and Abysmal Communication - Avoid This Firm.

​I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their unprofessional service and poor communication.
​Prior to my wife’s arrival, I called to provide her flight details and landing time. The staff refused to give an estimated arrival time or distance from the airport, repeatedly stating only to call after landing.
​Despite calling immediately upon landing, it took five follow-up calls and a 75-minute wait before the vehicle was delivered. This is entirely unacceptable for a "meet and greet" service. Consequently, my wife was left stranded in a parking lot for over an hour in 28°C heat with a dead phone battery.
​This operation is amateurish, and the staff lack any basic understanding of customer service.

Shame there isn’t a 0 star options! Such awful service nothing like meet and greet should be! Extra charges on top of what already paid £26! No where to park so had to drive around while waiting for someone - who we had no idea what they looked like! No uniform, no paperwork! Phones 4 times when coming home and couldn’t find my car or booking! And still had to wait for them even after phoning so many times! Terrible service DO NOT USE!!!

I have used this company twice now and never again. The first time I waited 2 hours in the airport for my car to be brought back to me on arrival to the airport. The second my driver repeatedly messaged me on Whatsapp demanding money because the time in the car park was overstayed when this was down to the driver not being in my vehicle to access my pin when I gave it to him and the company giving me the wrong rows in the car park to park in

Avoid at all costs.

This company is awful! Bad communication and waited 48 minutes for them to drop my car off.

This place is a sham. Use a different service. It may seem cheaper, but it wont be. Extra 20£ as soon as you drop your car off. Then collection from the airport was shocking. Some people waiting 2 hours. They also tried to fine most of us for being late even though they kept people waiting. Rude and unprofessional staff. Unwritten rules with made up fines and timings. We ended up having an argument at their desk for half an hour while kids and elderly people watched on. They eventually folded as we all stood our ground. These guys will be shut down, i wouldn't recommend having your car in their possession when it happens.

DO NOT USE!! Totally bogus company who you can’t complain to. And you’ll want to! It’s hard to even know who the company is! Very misleading when you book! ADD £26 to your booking for the tickets they don’t tell you you need to get on drop off and pick up. Waited 45 minutes from the call to tell them we’d landed to be told by the driver he has nothing to do with the company. I could go on!

I booked a meet-and-greet service from SC Parking ltd expecting a smooth and efficient return process, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite following the instructions exactly and calling ahead as required, I waited around 90 minutes for my vehicle to be returned and was repeatedly given inaccurate updates about when it would arrive. What should have been a straightforward collection turned into a lengthy and frustrating ordeal that delayed our journey home significantly. The drivers themselves were polite, professional and clearly doing their best, and I have no criticism of them personally. However, the system they are working within is appalling. Communication between customer service and drivers appears to be poor, resulting in customers being given unrealistic collection times and left waiting without accurate information. I paid for a premium service and simply did not receive the level of service that was advertised or promised

Terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes before car picked up and 55 minutes for it to be returned. Car covered in bird shit. Approx eight pound coins nicked. My fault for leaving them in the car but what a bunch of lying cheats.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Took ages to meet us at the airport to collect the car and the same again but worse on the way back! Waited for an hour for them to drop the car back in the middle of the night with tired children. Called every ten minutes and got the same response from a guy who was very rude - driver will be 5 minutes. I asked if the driver could be called to find out exactly how long and they would not.
When we got the car back, we found that change left in the car had been stolen. A small amount but it is the principle!
Also, it is not clear upon booking that you have the pay the £13 entry to the car park on both drop off and pick up - so not as cheap as you think!
Spend a bit extra and book with someone else.
