Worst Parking Experience – Avoid This Company
I strongly advise anyone considering this parking service to avoid it and use official airport parking instead.
When booking, the name of the parking facility appears deliberately similar to the official Jet Parking at Stansted Airport, which can easily mislead customers. The address provided in the booking confirmation took us to a private house. When we called for directions, we were redirected to a completely different location called "New Farms."
Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a £10 per person return shuttle fee, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Payment was taken through Park Pilot Ltd.
The shuttle service itself was unacceptable. We were dropped off outside the Radisson Blu Hotel and instructed to call a number upon our return and wait at the same location for collection. After landing, we waited nearly 30 minutes, while other customers reported waiting for hours. Calls were often unanswered, making it extremely difficult to contact anyone.
The shuttle vehicle was a dirty people carrier that appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. We were also charged an additional £20 fee for drop-off and pick-up at the farm, which was not clearly stated on the website.
When we finally collected our car, it was filthy. While waiting, we heard numerous complaints from other customers. Some reported that their vehicles were not even on-site when they returned. One customer said his car had been left with a full tank of diesel but was nearly empty upon collection. Others reported scratches, damage, broken child seats, and even serious mechanical issues.
The company provides very little information about its owners or management, which raises further concerns.
Overall, this was the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. The stress, hidden charges, poor communication, long waits, and concerns about vehicle safety make this a service I would never use again.
Please avoid this company and pay for official airport parking instead. It will save you a great deal of stress and potential expense.

AWFUL!
When trying to call to get a refund for the £100 fine i received for THEM not paying the £13 carpark exit fee, the charlatan on the phone informed the company has been dissolved and hung up. I will have to take this as a painful learning experience. It is shocking that crooks can operate like this is civilised society. Is there no other way to contact them?

Stansted Meet & Greet are the good ones!!
There are some REALLY bad rogue (illegal!) ones that are giving Stansted meet & greet a bad name.
I used SWIFT MEET & GREET and they were AWFUL - Avoid SWIFT!
I got done over and ended up paying an extra £315 on top of my actual amount. Luckily the amazing Mark from Stanstead meet and greet (who I complained to him, thinking it was SWIFT as there is no email for them) advised me to contact my credit card company and block the payment. Even 2 weeks after - it worked and I got a refund (from Amex - not from SWIFT)
Doesn't take away from the stress - it was an awful experience from start to finish. Apparently they are being looked into by the local police and trading standards. They operate under these names: AVOID ALL OF THEM!!!
Prime Meet & Greet, Park Spot Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride or Swift Meet and Greet.

The worst part was the constant “it’s only a few minutes away” excuses which turned out to be utter lies. When I spoke politely on the phone to them, one of them ended the conversation with the words “for fuxx sake”. Rude and obnoxious and not the friendly service claimed on their emails. The return journey was almost as bad. Arrived on time and told 20 minutes away. This turned into a 45 minute wait in the heat. Terrible service and terrible people running it. Don’t use them.

Disgusting service. Very nervous when we tried calling on the way to airport as it took 36 attempts to contact them on the way 1 hour in advance, then told it would be 1 hour so hence trying them in advance then took them a further 34 minutes to arrive to collect the key. Upon return I called from the runway and was told 1 hour but after over 160 attempts yes that is correct to chase and them to answer the phone it was over 2 hours wait to get the car bad. Staff are not dressed in any type of uniform just hoodie and you have no idea who is taking your car. They all look like thugs or drug dealers, very unapologetic, not so much rude but ignorant. We paid for this? I understand minimum wage job etc, but you get what you pay for, cannot believe that anyone would use this service twice, highly unlikely repeat customers. The car was clearly parked in a field as there was hay type material stuck in the side steps and very dusty. I assume that the other 6 families that were waiting on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning will all be complaining to as we were all waiting similar times and they had all the same excuses given to them, we are really busy! They didn't deliver a single car for over 1.5 hours during our wait. I did think of calling police as I genuinely thought my car had been stolen. I paid extra for meet & greet as i thought it would be easier however it was not.
Going to standsted i called 30 mins before and explained i was alone i was late and they still wasnt there, they do not explain instructions very well. They told me to go to zone D but the driver was at A.
Coming back i called them as soon as i got through customs, they was not there with my car, i called and was told to wait i called back after 10 mins and they laughed at me, the driver finally called me and was somewhere completely different.
These people are so rude and have no idea what is going on, where the dribers are etx

I will admit after booking and then reading reviews I was worried about this booking but how wrong was I. Yes you park your car at the back of a bit of land that is off the beaten track but there was nothing wrong with it. The guys were lovely - answered the phone immediately every time I rang, gave clear instructions, were really helpful and nice. We waited a bit on departing but this is understandable and they wanted to fill the van up but on return we hardly waited at all. The entire process was smooth and easy and I would say to anyone being put off booking by the bad reviews - ignore them. We had nothing but a great experience with SMG Parking. I will definately be using again with no worries.

Booked parking at Stansted through a compare site and this company came up as the cheapest.......
Emailed to call 30 mins before drop off at the airport, no answer on the mobile number when called. Arrived at the airport and had to wait 30 mins for them to answer and tell us where to drop the car. Luckily we had left some time so we were not late for check in.
Arrived at Stansted for the collection and could not get hold of anyone. We kept trying and eventually got through to be told it would be an hours wait! Long story short......We got a call to go to the car park to wait for our car. We waited, and waited...in the cold and the rain for a further hour. we were constantly cut off when trying to call, hung up on several times and when we did speak to someone he was rude and arrogant.
We were not the only people waiting for our cars, some had been there longer than us and they we're very, very angry and unset.
after 2.5 hours of waiting (2.30am) we got through to be told our car was at the other end of the row, we were told it would be. NO ONE WAS WITH THE CAR. IT WAS UNLOCKED WITH THE KEY ON THE FRONT WHEEL, UNDER THE ARCH. THE EXIT TICKET WAS LEFT ON THE DASH BOARD IN FULL VIEW!!!!!!!!!!
They may be cheap but if you value your time and your vehicles safety, give these cowboys a wide berth.

Poor service, rude stuff and they charged me extra £20 for no reason. My flight was landing at 1pm and I had booked and paid the parking until 3pm to allow for some additional time. When I left the car with them, they have asked for my return flight number and because it was landing at 1pm instead of 3pm, they said they had to amend my booking and charged me £20 for it. What if I wanted to collect the car at 3pm anyway? Their answer was, this is how this business operates and you need to pay the £20 fee.
I paid it, but they won't see me again. There was absolutely no need to charge me the £20.

The whole point of meet & greet is it's supposed to take the stress out of parking. Swift meet & greet made it the most stressful experience we have ever had. We phoned over 20 times 30 mins before arrival, when we eventually spoke to someone they said the orange car park was full and we should wait in the burger king car park and they would phone,they didn't!in desperation we parked in the green car park and they eventually collected the car but we had to pay £13.00 for them to get out of the car park. 1 hour wasted. On our return we phoned 22 times on arrival and again eventually spoke to someone who said our car would be 55mins. So another hour wasted, and another £13.00 to pay which is not mentioned on the original booking.
Swift are the most unprofessional,rude,unapologetic company I have ever used and should be avoided at all cost. Do not use them!!!

Within 24-hours of booking with Airport Parking Deals Safe Meet & Greet Stansted I cancelled the £103.43 booking - it was not made clear until after payment confirmation was received that additional charges would have to be paid on entrance/exit to car park where drop-off point is. Despite receiving £83.43 cancellation confirmation/refund email this remains outstanding and it's over a month later.

I booked through the offical Stansted website. And had no problems i have only positives to say. I see there are a lot of bad reviews here but reading them it seems like people have used a different service because when I arrived at meet and great at standsted airport I arrived at the barrier where the parking attendant asked me if that was my name on the screen and I confirmed it was. Once In drove round and was shown where to leave my car and told to take my keys to reception. This is the second time I have used meet and greet and housnestly have to say it's a game changer once my keys were dropped I literally had no distance to walk to get into the airport. On return after 7 days away I returned to my car and the battery was flat so went back to reception they were really helpful told me to pop my hood on my car and someone would be with me soon. A friendly parking assistant arrived in 5mins with jump leads and within 10 mins was on my way thank you so much
We have been charged extra money for no sensible reason. Also on pick up we had to take taxi because our plane landed after operated hours. So in general price of this parking increased a lot after booking! We have received code to key box which was 5 digits but box had only 4. Tried to phone but none picked...Very unprofessional! Thanks to luck I've opened box and this all was after midnight with my 10years old child...

Key box had only four digits. Thanks to luck I've mange to open it other wise I would have to wait until 4am or smash it...
That is so wrong how you treat customers. Simply apologise and thats all.

P.S. Because you still discuss I will dig a bit more about legal side of running this doggy business and contact hrmc...
Bad reviews coming from bad experience and mine was exactly like that when you have provide 5 digit code for 4 digit key box. It wasn't my mistake just yours like above in copied massage from yourself.
Code I've used was different than provided and you can't denied it!
Next time check your massages before ccustomer will receive it!

I had a very poor experience with this meet & greet parking service at Stansted Airport.
The service was already unreliable, with delays and poor communication on both drop-off and collection. However, the most serious issue came after my trip.
I have now received a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) stating that my car was involved in tailgating at the airport exit — at a time when the vehicle was in the care of this company. This is extremely concerning, as it suggests my car may have been driven improperly while under their control.
I trusted this service to handle my vehicle professionally and responsibly, but instead I am now dealing with a penalty and unnecessary stress.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and use official airport parking services where vehicles are kept on-site and properly managed.

most pathetic airport parking experiecen ever. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to come and take my car and then on return, i had to wait 90 minutes for them to bring my car to me. They dont have enough staff to entertain all the booking that they accept. I wish i would have read their reviews before booking with them.

My airline changed my flight so I needed to cancel my parking, we ended up having to fly out of Luton. T&C's means that this Company gets to keep all your money. So they have no interest in offering a good service or repeat business. Shame as I had used them in the past, but I guess, when things go wrong, you then realise the kind of Company you are dealing with. AVOID.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stansted meet and greet parking and would not recommend their service.
To begin with, they were over an hour late returning our car, which caused unnecessary stress after our journey. Even more concerning, we noticed that the mileage on our vehicle had increased by around 30 miles, which was never explained or authorised.
The condition of the car when it was returned was unacceptable. There was dirt all over the floor and even in the trunk, leaving it in a much worse state than when we handed it over.
What made matters worse was the customer service. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times dishonest when we tried to raise these issues. Instead of taking responsibility, they seemed more interested in avoiding accountability.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the delay, unexplained mileage, lack of care for the vehicle, and unprofessional customer service, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for airport parking.
