I have high standards and expectations, but this is a well managed company. Excellent and prompt customer service, artwork support, fast delivery, and finally an excellent product. I couldn’t ask for more, it’s good to see.

This is my third time using Sticker Shop in the last year and all 3 experiences have been easy and very happy with the product. Ordered this last set on Friday afternoon and they arrived by 1pm today Tuesday. Checkout process is super easy and the online approval of the artwork by email very customer friendly. I will definitely continue using them!

The customer service, extra fast speed and professional finished product is second-to-none. Not the cheapest but absolutely worth every penny for those needing a high quality print job! The team are amazing too. Thanks Shane!

First of all easy to order my address labels.

I've only used these guys on two occasions over a few years and both times they exceeded all my expectations. Great support durring the artwork phase and the final print run is first class.

Outstanding customer service!. Great quality. Fast delivery. I tried them out after having a bad experience with a competitor and they could not have been more helpful. They were very responsive, friendly and gave really good advice to help me solve an awkward issues I was having with my stickers. The service is genuinely perfect. I'm really happy with them and only use them for my orders now. Highly reccomended.

Ordered 75 stickers online, and the wrong amount of a very poor product was sent to me, with almost a third of the stickers damaged, wonky and poorly cut.

Contacted customer service, asking for a full refund - which I believe not to be an unreasonable request, as this is generally a pretty unacceptable failure rate for any printing job. Was offered a refund of only 10 stickers, or a re-print of 20.

I'm sure other people have been happy with their outcome, and appreciate the quick response, but I just think the customer service is a bit off given the nature of problem.

Sticker shop are always prompt with emails and delivery. They really came through for me this weekend with an urgent order and went above and beyond!

Exceptional customer service. I ordered some stickers 2 years ago and found recently when I came to use them that a couple of the sheets weren't completely cut out from the backing paper. Not something I thought to check, and when I contacted stickershop I was expecting something along the lines of "this order is outside of our timeframe for reprints etc etc"......well, not only did they reply to my email withing minutes, but they had done a reprint the same day and I had the new stickers in my hand literally less than 24 hours after first emailing them.
What other online print service does this? I can't think of any and I will be 'sticking' with stickershop for my business prints (sorry...rubbish pun)!

My entire first-time experience with StickerShop.co.uk has been excellent. I'm in the process of launching a new sole-trader business, selling photographic products that I've designed and manufactured. I needed a label for the front panel of my first product, and found StickerShop via a web search engine. I contacted a representative using the website's online chat, during which they offered to send me some samples of different stickers. A couple of days later I received the samples, chose the type I wanted, then went back to the website and used the very easy "build your sticker" process to select the material, shape, dimensions and adhesive. I uploaded my artwork, confirmed everything was correct, and placed an order for 500 laminated white matte-finish stickers at a very reasonable price. About an hour later, I received the design proof by e-mail, which was perfect. My stickers arrived today, just two business days after placing the order - and they're fantastic... really nice quality, very professional-looking, and exactly what I wanted for my product. The packaging was excellent too - very safe and secure, with multiple layers of protection to prevent any damage in transit. I'm thoroughly impressed with StickerShop's service, products and pricing, and will definitely return for more when my first batch of stickers is running low. Thank you!

Incredible quality and exceptional customer service. The best shop in the UK for stickers with special finishes such as holographic and glitter. The print quality is extraordinarily high and my stickers have received so many compliments!!
I have already ordered twice from this shop and each time I was surprised by the speed with which my order was processed and the swiftness they showed when answering all my queries and emails.
