I have used this company several times was pleased with all labels until now, never again will I use this company. Customer service here is appaling, bad attitude and not very helpful at all. The labels I received were printed on 'textured' paper looked cheap, faded with lots of scratches..I had a better finish using Banana prints budget option! And they even asked for the prints back to receive a refund! What exactly are you going to do with them????

My business has been using this company since 2023, but my recent experience with this company and specifically 'James B' has been totally shocking.

What started as me asking for them to change the colour of a single vector line on a file I had printed multiple times with the company (this is less than 3 seconds work to my own artwork and would have taken way less line then proofing and aligning new artwork or indeed replying to this feedback) turned into outrageous hidden surcharges small print fines, cancellation fees galore and down right rude customer service staff who like to 'clarify things' rather too much which is perfectly demonstrated by their pious 'we are right the customer is wrong' response you can read below which Handy Labels found the time to write whereas they can not find the time to refund me, the response below blatantly lies about me being refunded.

If this is how they treat their seasoned customers there is no hope for you if your reading this as a potential future customer do yourself a favour !

The good news is Handy Labels total rudeness has prompted me to look elsewhere where I have found much better prices available with proper customer focused service.

I ordered some personalised stickers, they arrived, but they were not right, you couldn't read them. when I phoned to sort it out the person on the other end of the phone was unreasonable in sorting out the problem and claimed all the responsibility was mine. I shall not be shopping there again as the person on the phone was not a good person.

It's not very often I leave reviews for a company more than once, but folks at Handy deserve it. The print quality is exquisite and the labels they've printed for me, using their online tool are exactly how I'd envisaged them to be.

Is it me? Perhaps it is and if so, apologies. I didn't actually like the attitude from the start but went with it anyway. I'm a first-timer with label printing so wanted a bit more help and guidance. Instead, what I actually received was rudeness and flippancy. I called to ask for an update and how many labels I had per sheet so I could cost out and the answer I got was "I dunno, depends how many we can fit on a sheet" and "well you'll see tomorrow when they arrive won't you..." Wow, thanks for your 'help' and looking forward to receiving the unknown amount of labels but given the rude start, think I'll be looking elsewhere. #customerserviceskills

Handy Labels are our go to for all of our label and sticker needs. They are by far the best on the market. Great price. Great quality and super speedy. We will very much be continuing to use Handy Labels :-)
