Waiting for replacement labels
They made a mistake but offered to fix the issue for free.
I am awaiting my replacement order if it is well once it has arrived then I cannot fault the company and will give them 4 stars

I can confirm that an email was sent to you fromsupport@kdpproofing.net, regarding your proofs and this was required before we could print the job. We do send proofs where required, as we did in this case, but I completely appreciate your frustration with the delay and that the ETA was missed.
We are extremely busy at the moment, however, I totally understand that this does not take away from the inconvenience caused.
I can see that my colleague has already offered to reprint the order free of charge, as well as sending the current order out. We have also waived the pre-10:30am delivery charge and provided a 5% discount.
I have contacted you directly to see if there is anything further we can do to help turn this around. We do value you as a customer and would really like the opportunity to put this right.
