Failure of order and terrible customer service
We used them for an order needed urgently. Their team gave advice on the phone, that wasn't carried through in action. The product came back incorrectly and the print was very poor despite the proof showing as something laid out differently.
After sending in our concerns (with photographic evidence), we are being blamed for the failure and there is an awful level of disrespect in their customer service when you complain. They made changes to an item, which were never requested, and expect us to pay for replacements - despite having paid for items already.
They took a week to respond to a complaint and then subsequently, have sent repetitive arguments back which keep referring to their own policies with no regard for the catalogue of errors they have made themselves.
This is now a company we would never use again nor recommend others use, if quality of product and level of service matter to you.

The worst printing company I have ever dealt with. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere - to a printing company who got it right first time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed. I ordered a custom tablecloth with an agreed exact colour match, but it arrived in a different colour and is also missing the 72-inch back section that was part of the design. I needed this for the opening of my small business, so this was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the company did not admit their mistake and only offered a 10% discount as a solution. Poor quality control and disappointing customer service.

Cheap, but the order was redirected to China. It's the same quality which you get ordering from cheap (cheaper) China online stores. Even Customs weren't organized completely; I self had to send prove of order and payment to get it through customs.
Tip for the business: make clear you only forward the orders.

Guaranteed delivery dates not honoured — then asked for £570 extra shipping
I ordered personalised napkins and temporary tattoos for our wedding in May. When I placed the order and paid, the website showed “guaranteed delivery” dates of 5th May for the napkins and 11th May for the tattoos. Our wedding is on 16th May, so those dates gave us a small but reasonable buffer.
On 7th May, I received proofs to approve. Alongside the proofs, the company asked for an additional £570 expedited shipping fee in order to receive the products by 15th May. For context, the original order was only around £150, so this extra charge was completely disproportionate and came after I had already ordered based on the guaranteed delivery dates.
I contacted the company to say this was unacceptable and asked what had caused the delay. Their response was essentially that there was nothing they could do. I have now requested a full refund, but I have been left without the napkins and tattoos we wanted for our wedding, and with too little time to arrange replacements elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend relying on this company for time-sensitive or important events.

Very poor service. Don’t order with them at all. Different people email you different things. I deliberately paid for the day I want it to be delivered 2 weeks before my event and they still didn’t deliver it on time although they knew my event date. Worst service

A poor experience with Imprintnow.
I sent in a design for two double sided feather flags, the first emailed version was incorrect. I corrected the design and stated sky blue writing on a maroon background, the design was sent back for my authorisation and was as I requested. I paid for the flags, when the flags were received the design sent was sky blue writing on a red/rust background. A poor service and no opportunity to correct the items. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before deciding to order from this company.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Didn’t dispatch my order until I contacted them the day after my expected arrival date. Wanted to cancel order but was told id be compensated with 2 banners for the price of one if I continued. Upon arrival only one came (a month after eta) and was told to pay if I wished to return product. Scammers.
Ordered 15 face mask for an event
Ordered 15 face mask for an event, 5 came with defects. Spoke to someone on their chat service Wednesday evening, said production would get in contact within 24 hours.. they didn’t.. so I had to call Friday morning and the man said the exact same thing the lady on chat said… I called again Saturday afternoon and got the same response again. Emailed, eventually they offered to send out 5 new mask, I told them my event was on Friday, the mask were tracked to come Thursday 12pm, they didn’t come until Monday. I emailed Sunday night to let them know the mask didn’t come and asked for next steps, they’re response was to tell me where the mask are and that they’ll keep me updated with tracking, although on the email thread it says when I needed the eye mask for, I responded asking for a refund because my product hasn’t come intime for me to be able to use for the intended use, they’re response was the same as the first time I contacted them, production will get in contact, it’s been a week and no update, which I have emailed and they basically told me to sit tight they’re still waiting for production to decided. Customer service can not resolve the problem and you’re alway waiting for production who don’t seem like they want to resolve the issue
Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. Despite confirming the Pantone colour in advance, the tablecloth arrived in the wrong colour, which was extremely frustrating. The product was also made in China, even though they present themselves as UK-based, which felt misleading. On top of that, the material quality of the tablecloth is poor and not what we expected. Customer service was also lacking. I requested a refund and for them to arrange the return, but this was not handled, even though the mistake was clearly on their side. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
A great product at great price - sorry others have had a bad experience.
I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this company given the reviews on their own site seemed rather fake and the reviews on here are terrible! I went as far as emailing to cancel, but the customer support team were so incredibly helpful and quick to respond that in the end I was decided to continue with my order. The artwork team did a great job on getting my design from PNG format to something ready to manufacture. The challenge coins that I ordered arrived earlier than promised, and are really excellent - I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. Will be ordering again.

My order was completely incorrect-Making ME pay for return of incorrect product
My order was completely incorrect! Wrong sizes and quantities. I contacted them immediately and they made me pay for the return shipping, and would not send the correct shirts until they had the shirts that THEY did incorrectly returned. After wasting so much time back and forth in emails and chat they offered 10% to help with the return shipping. Unbelievably disappointed! I would NOT recommend ordering from Imprint Now

I do not recommend Imprintnow, they failed to meet basic customer services and they failed to provide our order to our specification. When approached they disregarded our input and assured us they had produced the product as ordered. We ordered a second time accepting that errors happen but the same happened again. Totally let down. As a school we have to demonstrate value for money and this case we haven't due to their lack of support and service. I will never use this company again.
Awful experience with this company - avoid!!
Awful experience with this company - we ordered badges and paid for them yet they do not seem to be able to locate our bank transfer. Calls cannot be forwarded to any kind of finance department. Even thought they are seemingly based in UK they are actually based in the US and are either a scam or extremely poorly managed.
Unable to use a tape measure
Ordered a plinth cover, the one they sent was not even close to the dimensions we gave them. After many emails, they agreed to send another, which was even worse. Different height at the front compared to the back, measurements often 5cm out. Now they are trying to tell me it’s made correctly. Avoid at all costs.
SCAM website which tricks customers…
SCAM website which tricks customers with an offer. I originally ordered a Trophy and x10 die cut stickers to make my order over the value that was needed. Imprint then sent the stickers and refunded 0.01p for the trophy, so in the end, it costs £50 for x10 Die Cut Stickers only and an email explaining "it must of been a glitch on the website and that im entitled to 0.01p as a refund".
Sorry but this raises alarms Bells.
On then replying back to the email, i then received a reply informing me of my 0.01p refund and no reply to my email explaining that this can not be right.

Its websites and companies like these that clearly try to protect themselves and constantly on the look out to scam their next customer one way or another. It should be closed down
