I want to give the full story, rather than an empty compliment.
The truth is the first batch we ordered suffered from a print error, too small for most to see, but it has to be exact for our application.
Within a couple of hours of us contacting support a replacement batch had been printed and sent out to us, which were received the next day and completely perfect.
We look for good quality products and also good quality customer service from our suppliers. I'm glad to say we found them both with StickerShop

These guys are easy to deal with. Quality is ALWAYS amazing. Customer service is always ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ nothing is ever too much trouble. Next day delivery on orders to Spain is incredible. They help us with lots of bespoke projects. If only all of our suppliers were this good and easy to deal with. Thank you

Sat here in disbelief as to the experience just had on the phone with this business.

Given how poor my experience has been with their confrontational behaviour, their near 5* average rating confused me, but now I see the lengths they go to in order to 'curate' their reviews, I'm less surprised.

After a poor customer service experience before, I decided to give them another try as the print quality has been acceptable in the past.

I just received a call from the business, telling me that I was on a 'banned' list due to what he described as my 'slanderous' review on here (which you can read). The review was entirely accurate down to every detail.

He then told me that unless I removed the (accurate) previous review, he will cancel the order.

He doesn't understand what slander means, nor does he realise that he is displaying sinister coercive behaviour (i.e. threatening to cause inconvenience to an innocent party if they don't agree to take down a perfectly legitimate review).

So, be aware that if you have issues with your orders, and leave accurate reviews, you'll be blacklisted.

Companies have the right to spitefully deny service to unhappy past customers, but customers also have the right to boycott unpleasant businesses. I recommend you do. I also recommend other customers resist the attempt to bully them into removing poor reviews.

The stickers we had printed were bespoke but there was a small ink smudge on one. They immediately printed a new one and sent it out the same day for me. The actual quality of the prints is insane and the detail is great. The free PDF mockups also look exactly how the stickers turned out.

I have been using Sticker Shop for a few years now, and their customer service is second to none. The go the extra mile to help me look good in front of my clients. I absolutely love this company. The only thing is I wished they did print on rolls so I could order all of my labels from them.
