After returning to UK I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me.

I complained with customer services and was promised quick resolution but since then no-one came back to me or even answering my calls.

The police have been informed and I am about to fill a car theft report with Essex police.

Be careful guys this company is totally unreliable...and you can loose your car.

Update 04/06/2026:
I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me, their customer service are rejecting my calls and when they answer they quickly put me on hold.

My car still hasn't been returned to me and and today an investigation has been open.
I have also made a formal complaint to London Stansted Airport.

Waited 2 hours for my car, call handler was rude and hung up on me. Minimal drivers so very long waits for your car.

Diabolical. DO NOT BOOK!!! We waited hours and had to get the police involved.

Park Pilot LTD operating from New Park farm is worst ever service I have ever experienced.
The drivers barely speak English, customer service isn’t adequate- we have been left out on the way to the airport and waited for another shuttle 50 min, vans are barely running, safety of the vehicles isn’t adequate. Someone mentioned this is also illegally established business.In our return some people waited more than 45min for a collection from Radisson Blue hotel, also, not all passenger got collected. I would not use them ever again even if it was free service!

I collected my car via the police as the driver returning my car didn't have insurance to drive my car. The officer informed me this happens a lot with meet and greet services at Stansted airport.

SC Parking Limited is a scam.
You pay over £100 for a meet and greet. The instructions provided is to drop off in orange carp park point B. After calling when arrived they take 10 minutes and demand you meet them, which we did not. They call after checking in the airport threatening on us not paying £13 to get out the car park (all on video).
Having to come home a day early I was made to pay £20 extra to release my car early which I discovered was covered in dirty inside and outside. The tracking from my car was also stolen by a man called 'Alli' who lives in the postcode area E16 4LF.
The whole experience was horrific with everyone not able to speak basic English.
I would not waste your time with them.

Over 2 hours of waiting,hunged up during a call , customer service does not exist, stuff skills...no comment, dirty car covered in dust when returned, extra cost for parking

Woeful service. On return to Stansted Airport recently, using their meet and greet service, we phoned the mobile number for the service provider (SC Parking Ltd). We were given an ETA of 1 hour! We made 7 calls in total to chase things up. Some calls weren't even answered. We had been told to wait where we were dropped off. The driver called us after 1hr 15mins to say we were on the wrong place! Should have been at main terminal drop off. Because of time delay on reaching our car the drop off fee has risen to £24!! (1/2 hour). Driver said he did not work for the company, just a freelance driver. Told us to contact company. Cowboy operator.

Arrival was a nightmare, no staff, no set parking, no uniforms, no receipt, just hand keys over. Not very professional, extra parking charge of 26 pounds on top of booking. However on return our car was waiting for us

Compared to all the other airport long stsys I use this is by far the worst. The buses are so infrequent it takes forever to get to and from your car. Definitely be avoiding this airport in the future

Terrible experience from start to finish.
1) Had to call several times on my way to the airport before anyone picked up.
2) Was unable to find my booking so asked me to message my confirmation which i did. person on the phone was very rude and hung up.
3) closer to the airport i called again to advise i was a few minutes away and to ask where to go - was told i did not call to let them know
4) met someone in a car park far away from the terminal - there was no stand and i felt uneasy giving my keys to a random person - all he had was a text with my details
5) Had to pay £13 in car parking fees (the confirmation email states £10)
6) on return i called when landed and went to the meeting point - had to wait over an hour for the car.
7) several other people were present waiting - some stated they had been there 1.5 hours.
8) car was returned absolutely filthy - was told it was due to the weather
9) had to again pay £13 to exit the car park (Again confirmation stated £10 and did not mention this would be twice).

Overall a terrible experience - other companies you call once you have your bags and car is ready within 5 minutes to collect.

Avoid at all costs - yes the price is cheaper than other companies but it is reflected in the level of service.

Drop off we waited 40 minutes for someone to collect our car, nearly missed our flights , phoned them 7 times , always 5 minutes away, and an incurring fee, today we have been waiting 1 hour as they are short staffed,

The parking postcode CM24 8UQ the nook farm never recommended to anyone , really bad service charging too much and hidden charges not providing any service , not picking up phone , long wait in cold nights to get keys back , really bad people , no professionalism, never ever use this parking service

This a warning to all drivers that want to use the service please do not use them,
I booked this service for the 23rd of march 2026 as we went off for a short brake, the next day I received a call to let me kin that my care you had been damaged by a dear while be moved to the secure parking location, I was ask to go through my insurance this I found very strange they said they would pay my excess I of course said no and they need to go through their insurance they said they will sort it out, 8 weeks later the car come back to me totally ruined in this time they had the car I was asking for damage reports and there insurance but this never happened the car was being driven around in Ilford as this is where it was in back street garages and did not go through there insurance, I have had things taken out of my car, a small bag change around 10 pounds, my parking permits, my Swiss army pen knife, my door keys and phone charger, after all my calls and messages to them they just don’t care and left me with a car I can not drive

Terrible service. On arrival we had to wait an hour before being relieved of the car. On return we phoned them, as instructed, after exiting customs. Instead of waiting 30 minutes, as stated by the company on their paperwork, we were promised a 40 minute wait for the car to be returned. In fact we had to wait 58 minutes. Two other things: Only once the customer has made the payment online does the outfit mention that a short-stay car parking fee, both at the start and end of the trip, also have to be paid by the customer. Second, the company separated the ignition key from the other keys on the same key ring - which was only later found in the glove pocket. Avoid at all costs.

Dropped off car fine but when I arrived at 2:30 in the morning to collect it they said there had been a “technical problem” and I waited over 2hours to get it back no help at all and kept saying they would call me. Sat in a cold waiting room with little help or consideration. Take care if using this service

Long Stay Car Park at Stansted Airport is a complete joke, waited over 45 minutes for a bus, several passed but were all full, intercoms at the bus shelters don’t work when pressed. Heavens forbid there isn’t an emergency and you need to try and contact them. People taking drastic measures by standing in the middle of the road to get the driver to stop to radio through but he nearly knocked them over and didn’t stop. Drivers are unprofessional except for the one whose bus we did get on who was very apologetic. If you do use this car park give yourself plenty of time as you may be late for your flight.

Compare airport parking website should be ashamed of themselves. We waited over 2 and a half hours for our car to be collected after paying £13 each way for car park fees WHICH WAS NOT STATED at time of booking, in fact I paid more as that wasn’t stated and others clearly said they charged so this was the first scam.
We spent over 2 hours in the freezing cold to collect our car- no communication, being hung up on by the operator. Lied to constantly about when our car would turn up. It was as long to wait for our car then for the whole flight home and we had to pay £13 again. Disgusting

Absolute amateurs. The guy on the phone spoke very poor english, upon arrival there is no one in hi-viz identifying themselves resulting in us a parking in the wrong row. After another call we were told to go to row B and that it was okay to go through a no-entry and up a one way to get to that row! Arriving at row B a random guy pointed indicating to park in a DISABLED bay. At this point he had walked off to the pay machine whereupon we had to pay to park ( a hidden charge) not made clear upon booking. We were not the only arrivals who didnt know where to go or what to do either.
On our return we were told the car would be in row A,B or C. It wasn't. We were then told it will be 3/4mins. It wasn't. At this point we approached 2 random Indian blokes asking if they were meet and greet. They were, although again no hi-viz or badges identifying who they worked for. They confirmed the car was on its way and eventually 15mins later the car arrived although the driver left the car in an Uber parking bay.
My overall impression is they don't give a toss and probably know they won't get booted out of Stanstead.
I've had better service for illegal minicabs.
