Ich hatte leider ein technisches Problem mit meiner Spyra, aber der Support von Spyra (besonders Janina von der SpyraCrew) war einfach spitze. Die Kommunikation war extrem freundlich, schnell und vor allem menschlich.

Trotz eines kleinen Missverständnisses meinerseits wurde alles absolut professionell und kundenorientiert gelöst. Man merkt hier wirklich, dass die „Customer Happiness“ ernst genommen wird. So macht Service Spaß – absolute Empfehlung!

I returned 2 water guns after they approved my return and I'm still waiting to get my refund. I tried to contact them but I get like an automated reply which has nothing to do with my request. Still waiting for my refund and I will make a claim with my bank if they don't want to give me my refund.

This is the best watergun available. The performance and quality are unmatched.
Their customer service team is truly there to help you if you have a problem.

Really impressed with the Spyra 3. It feels high-quality, shoots strong and accurate bursts, and makes water fights way more fun. Super easy to use with the quick refill feature.

Definitely worth it if you want something better than a standard water gun.

Vor dem Kauf hatte ich die Kraft der Spyra wirklich unterschätzt, man spürt den Rückstoß richtig und wird bei einem Treffer auch ordentlich nass, also liegt man bei einer Wasserschlacht unter Freunden klar im Vorteil 😎. Bei kleinen Fragen steht einem der Support immer flott und freundlich zur Verfügung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

The gun is so powerful and accurate and even has a satisfying small kickback when you fire it. It is by far the best water gun I ever got and I love the electronic refill function it has too.

The Spyra 3 is a great unit and so much fun.

The expensive top of the line Spyra 3 stopped working after a few short sessions. One of the two LX Spyra water guns stopped working after a few attempts of use. I have emailed them twice in the past 5 weeks and have not received a response. I have just emailed them a third time, but since I am not optimistic they will reply, I am writing a bad review here to warn others away from this company.
Perhaps the company sees this review and decides to reply but I am not holding my breath.

Hands down the best water gun we’ve ever had! Always has people asking where we got them and wanting to use them. Powerful and accurate, super fun! Easy to load, easy to charge and use. Customer service is also top-notch! Always prompt responses, and in the event your gun stops working amazingly fast and friendly warranty replacements. If you want a water gun your friends and family will love, get a set of Spyras! You will not be disappointed!

Bought 2 guns. Accidentally used the wrong address. Emailed them literally seconds after i placed the order 3 times. They responded a day or 2 later to tell me to get bent even tho my guns hadnt shipped yet. Straight trash company

Fast, efficient and easy going. Honestly one of the best companies I have dealt with.

We own two Spyras, and they instantly became the best water guns on our block. Everyone in our neighborhood battles wants to borrow them (not happening 😄). Their shots come out in bursts that are more powerful than your typical water gun, and their accuracy almost makes the fight unfair. They are also extremely easy to refill. Just dip the end of the water gun into your water bucket and it auto-refills in a couple of seconds.

Overall, these guns feel solid, make every water fight more fun, and most importantly, help ensure that you’ll win your neighborhood battles.

Ich hatte eine fast nagelneue SPYRA THREE, die bislang nur einmal für zirka 5-6 Spiele, zusammen mit meinem Enkel, im Einsatz war. Wir hatten viel Spaß... und freuten uns schon wieder auf die kommenden Spiele bei nächster Gelegenheit... - ordnungsgemäß wurde die SPYRA entleert und gelagert.
Leider ließ sich die SPYRA danach trotz aller Versuche nicht wieder aufladen. Dementsprechend war die Enttäuschung zunächst sehr groß, da die gute Wasserpistole ja fast neu war. Dementsprechend habe ich direkt mit der Firma telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Nach ausführlicher Schilderung - und auch prüfender Rückfragen wurde sofort und sehr unkonventionell direkt am Telefon zu meiner großen Freude entschieden: ...ich bekomme eine nagelneue SPYRA THREE als kostenlosen Ersatz zugeschickt. Nach meiner eigenen Devise, ...man soll nicht immer nur meckern, sondern auch etwas kundtun, wenn es Positives zu berichten gibt ! ...deshalb von mir und auch von meinem Enkel vielen Dank für unproblematische und aber auch gerechtfertigte Lösung und Abwicklung... - so stellt man sich einen guten Kundendienst vor - DANKE nochmals –

Great Product, loved how easy to use and yet so much fun

I had problems with my previous Spyra and they send me a new one. Unfortunately this one was not delivered. After contact again they send me a new one without questions and this one arrived within a few days. I think a lot of companies can use the communication and service of Spyra as an example.
By the way, their waterguns are TOP!
