I ordered 2 tenting pucks. One of them was perfect and easy to install, however I believe the other one to be defective: the screw holes for the tiny holes were extremely tight (I could screw them about 10% of the way in with a screwdriver).

I was not ready to give up, so then I switched to a pocket knife blade (to get more leverage) and brute force. I managed to screw in 2 neighbouring screws that way over a 1 hour period. The third screw broke halfway in, so I tried to solder it to the board through the hole (mixed results there). At this point the puck was secured to the board (though a bit saggy, but I'm ok with that).

I have not made pictures of the puck, sorry. I inspected the holes and the threads were very clearly visible. I could not identify any visual defects. The other puck was already installed at this point, so I did not compare the two. The screws looked identical to the spare screw from the first puck.

I have no other complaints (packaging was fine; shipping had some hiccups but I blame fedex for that)

Everything was great.
Delivery was quick.

Care and thought seems to go into everything they do. Clear product information, documentation, responsive email/Discord support, and many small details that express their desire for you to get *exactly* the thing that you want.

Great experience. Timely delivery. Had some issues with my country sending an additional invoice for VAT I had already paid. Splitkb handled the issue in a satisfactory manner.
