Order came in quickly, cigars in good condition. So far smoked one cigar and it was very nice, maybe a touch dry but still a good smoke.

Box of 10 Behike 54 cigars were so dry that 4 out of the 10 cracked in my humidor. The other 6 did rehydrate without issue. This is the first time it's happened out of ~10 orders. Unfortunately, this time the investment did not pan out. Keep in mind the day they arrive I put them in the humidor. All past orders were great. It's clear these sticks were dry prior to Solo shipping. I will be cautious with future orders ensuring your investment isn't at risk.

The delivery was late and to the wrong…
The delivery was late and to the wrong address; it was signed for by the postal employee and dropped on the porch of a vacant house three houses south of my address, even though the address on the box was correct. The smokes were dry and not up to standards that I am used to ordering through another site. I doubt that I will purchase through you guys again

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We work to improve our service.
In response to your inquiry, our responsibility is to ship the cigars to the destination country and deliver them to the appropriate post office. After this process, they are in the ones in charge of completing the dispatch process, to the final destination or location of the client.
Regarding their dissatisfaction with cigars, we always offer the customer the option of keeping the cigars in a humidor for 14 days with a humidity of 70%. We would have loved to guide you through this process.
