Order came in quickly, cigars in good condition. So far smoked one cigar and it was very nice, maybe a touch dry but still a good smoke.

I used to like the service but lots of…

I used to like the service but lots of hiccups lately. My last order was cancelled with the mention that I did it . Then after request I had a message saying that you cannot deliver to France anymore? This should be treated when the order is taken . Is it available, Is it deliverable.

In response to your concern, verifying in our records your last order placed on 06/28/2022 was canceled because at that moment we were having some inconveniences shipping to France, due to french customs.

We do care about our customers, which is the reason your order was canceled and the payment was reversed.

Right now, we have already resolved this situation for the benefit of our customers.

In response to your concern, I would like to clarify that all the cigars that our company sells are 100% authentic, we have sold in Duty-Free markets in Europe for many years passing all the international regulations complying with the tobacco laws.


All boxes come with a unique barcode that you can use to verify the authenticity on the official Habanos S.A. website, www.habanos.com. We recommend customers perform this process to confirm the product's authenticity once received.



We would also like to let you know that our provider is the only authorized distributor of Cuban Habanos, Habanos S.A., we dispatch every box the same way it is received from the factory, in a sealed master case, with their corresponding labels, stamps, and rings.


We would have loved to guide you during this process, but we have never received a notification from you.

I ordered from Solo as my long time cigar provider (Cuban Lou’s) is unable to maintain stock due to supply chain issues. Solo delivered within10 days! I’m ready to reorder a box of Montecristo #4’s.

Never received my order due to your…

Never received my order due to your problems with customs and shipping to France! And the fact that that if I had not written numerous mails to you this never would have been revealed nor taken care of ending with my being reimbursed after a long months wait!

For the first time after 3 years been a…

For the first time after 3 years been a client I still have not received my cigars. We have now exceeded the 50 days.
