Order came in quickly, cigars in good condition. So far smoked one cigar and it was very nice, maybe a touch dry but still a good smoke.

Out of stock issue seems to be a…

Out of stock issue seems to be a problem. Long delay in communication. The message asking about substitute options is confusing. I really can’t tell what quantity you send. Took a long time. It just didn’t go well.

I've been getting great service and prices from SoloCigars since I started shopping with them post-Covid. On my last order, the shipment got lost but SoloCigars found out before I even knew, notified me, and sent me another shipment gratis, which arrived last week on time. definitely will continue shopping with them.

In response to your complaint, we have been in this industry for more than 20 years and so the trust of our customers is strong.

All our merchandise is from official distributors. But, you must keep in mind that the products throughout their production process, are handmade, so from the rolling of the leaves to the cutting of the labels and rings, it may not be 100% accurate every time.

The quality of them can be verified when you smoke them and check the unique characteristics of each cigar.

Addressing your complaint, we must take into account that the type of product we sell is a natural product, whose manufacturing process is exposed to different climatic changes, which can influence its color change. But this does not influence the quality of the product.

Regarding flavor, we always recommend that customers keep the product in a humidor with a humidity of at least 65% for two weeks, and if after this period, you do not feel comfortable with the flavor, you should contact us immediately.

Likewise, as a responsible company that cares about its customers, we will be contacting you by email within the next 72 business hours.
