I had an issue with a windows key not activating. Contacted support and was responded too very quickly and a solution to the issue provided after a short conversation. Great experience.

Full marks to SoftwareGurus' tech support for fixing the problems I had with the Windows 10 Home key I bought from them. May have been a bad key (Microsoft Support said so), but even then, SoftwareGurus' tech support was absolutely on the ball - quick helpful clear responses, and a swift unproblematic resolution to the problem. Good tech support is what makes the difference, every time. 10/10 would buy again.

Initial problem with activation code for windows 10, quickly resolved by the support team. Excellent customer support.

Original Windows 10 pro key supplied was shown as invalid by Windows but support was excellent and a new key was provided which worked first time.
Everything very good now.

Entered my product key and it cut out at the end. I thought here we go I have been done. Emailed the support team. Within 5 minutes I had an email response offering a new product key and some tasks to perform to see if I could get it working. Turned out I just hadn’t reset my computer. It was nice to know another product key would have been provided if this hadn’t been the case.

Honestly I'm always suspicious of key websites, but I took the shot and was rewarded with a seamless and super fast process to buy a license key.
