I purchased a Windows 10 home product key after changing out my motherboard, processor, and reinstalling windows due to a boot corruption, the key i was given did not work--and I did not want to assume I was given a bad one, however after I ran out of options I messaged support and was given a quick reply, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong--but I gave them my error code and was given another key to use which worked--for free! Mistakes happen, but good customer support goes a long way.

I bought a copy of Windows 10 from these guys. I received the code immediately on completing the purchase. After I installed Windows I could not activate it with the code. I contacted SoftwareGurus by email and had a response in 2 minutes. I was slightly amazed. They asked me to for a few screen shots. I sent them. It still didn't work so they imediately sent me a new code which worked first go. The whole thing was over in 5 minutes with a successful outcome. Awesome!

Absolutely brilliant service. The first code didn’t work due to my pc not having updated windows 7 licence.
They sent me a 2nd code and it worked perfect. Can not fault them at all 5* from me.

I encountered an issue with the initial code but after raising this with customer support I then received the most responsive and helpful customer support I have ever experienced. We managed to resolve the issue that evening and everything is working as expected!

Order was processed instantly after purchasing - though I’d noticed I’ve purchased the wrong version of Windows.

The support team, however, were super quick to respond to my email (wasn’t expecting a response within 5 minutes!) and had provided a code for the correct version ( life saviours)!

I have recently bought Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Office 2019 product keys from this website. The latter I was able to install with no issue, but I did experience some issues with the product key for Windows 10.
I contacted their customer service to seek assistance and they were very quick with managing to troubleshoot the issue. It turned out that I bought an incompatible version for my PC (Completely my mistake!), but they were very helpful and gave me a compatible one instead.
I'm very happy with the service that they have provided and would use them again. Also the prices are very competitive. If you do experience any problems with installing your software try to contact their customer service. They're very helpful in assisting with any issues you might be having.

Purchase their Windows Licenses from here for some time now and recommend this site to everyone. I did hit a slight snag with installing windows but the support team is always very quick with any issues and questions and resolve quickly without any further questions. Fantastic support!
