I ordered my new suite on 21/7/26 it was delivered on the 19/8/26 very happy with the delivery time and the suite I got is good value for the money I paid for it the delivery man where in and out of my house in no time at all and tidy up all the packing in to a place I asked to put it I ordered my suite for the Dundee shop and salesman William went over everything with us 👍

Do not buy from this company, they are very unprofessional !! We purchased a leather sofa and were told it was full Leather however when it was delivered the box stated part leather and PVC. Our item was a corner suite with recliners, however the corner piece never aligned with the adjacent seats. We left it thinking it may take a bit of time to settle but this is still the same. We’ve only had the sofa 8 months and the recliners have failed. We contacted them asking for someone to look at this issue and were promised that someone would call us. This never happened. We then called and messaged but have been ignored again. I left an honest review on their Facebook and Instagram accounts and they have now blocked me. This is very amateurish and certainly not a company to spend your money in. I will be visiting personally but I’m not expecting much going by the service they have already provided. Please don’t make the same mistake we have !!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a black bed, but the bed I received was a different colour. The packaging was clearly labelled "Charcoal", and I sent photographs of this to the company as evidence.

Despite this, the company refused to accept responsibility. The invoice did not specify the colour exactly and that I should have checked it before leaving the collection point. I don't think it's reasonable for the customer to be blamed when the packaging itself indicates a different colour to what was ordered.

I even contacted Citizens Advice for guidance, but because the invoice doesn't state the colour, it has become my word against theirs. Instead of trying to resolve the issue fairly, the company dismissed my concerns and left me with a bed that wasn't the colour I wanted.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you do order from them, make sure every detail of your order—including the colour—is clearly stated on your invoice before you leave, as it could save you a lot of stress if something goes wrong.

My mum ordered a rug from them. Took the money at the time of order and never heard from them for weeks. She contacted them to say that they hadn’t taken enough money when she ordered and she asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Was told the money would be refunded and it has never. My mum has tried calling, my dad has called and I tried to reach out on Facebook and have now been blocked. Avoid this business!

Recieved a flawed item, they refused to fix or refund money and accused us of breaking it.
Blocked from their social pages after I left a negative review.
They also do not allow a cooling off period if you change your mind before delivery.

Well I Don't know where to start , I bought a suite from this company not on credit paid in full , was supposed to receive it in between 3 to at most 5 weeks after so many phone calls had every excuse under the sun ,got told the frame was built but they were waiting on the material, finally after between 8/10 weeks it arrived. NOW THE MATERIAL IS SO FLAWED and all they Rather Peter and William whom I must say was very pleasant but is Now accusing us of being cutting it short offencive and demanding, we have been told for the last month the manufacturer's will be in touch to come see it the thing is it wasn't the manufacturer's we bought this from It was Them Simply furniture and before Peter or William come back with a comment we were offered whatever that would be a LIE and when I asked why they dont answer the phone William told us he was instructed NOT TO ANSWER IT .So what kind of company instructs their staff to do that , Next move is Lawyer photos to come ,shocking disgusting customer service and communication , Also I forgot to mention the Fact this suite is Barely 4 Months Old .

From the entrance of the shop till our delivery it was a fantastic experience, so welcoming and full of information.
Purchased the Noel recliner set. Totally loving it.
Was delivered 2 weeks early, now that’s what I call service. The guys took our old sofas away and set up the recliners with little effort, outstanding service made by all, very professional, and well worth more than 5*, highly recommend. Thanks again guys 🥰 from Mrs A Dodds Falkirk

Really happy with our purchase and experience with vika furniture.
We ordered the kids zenith car bed.
Choice of payment through online banking or pay with delivery. I chose pay online 1st but wanted to change to pay on delivery. I emailed about this and guy got back with no problems had and was happy to change payment type.
Delivery came. Instructions sent with order email. Everything was simple and straight forward to put together.our son is delighted with his beautiful car bed.
Will 100% purchase from this company again.

Do not order anything from this company, they will not deliver items or even reach out to resolve issues. Extremely disappointed.

SCAM.The company is a scam. I ordered a mattress that was never sent,the company doesn’t reply to emails and the telephone number given on web page doesn’t exist.

Ordered a table via ebay and it was an absolute disaster from the beginning. No updates on delivery for a couple of weeks and no answer by email. Found a contact number for the main store online and rang, the lady I spoke to said ebay was completely separate but that my order had been packed by her personally that morning and hopefully the couriers would contact me, but she couldn't do anything from her end. A few days later no contact and again no email back so rang again. The person I spoke to said my order hadn't even been dispatched yet so the first lady had just blatantly lied?! Said she would chase but again couldn't do much because it was ebay. Finally had the couriers contact me a couple of days later and arranged delivery. Very helpful drivers. Opened the parcel - wrong table!?! Absolutely fuming. Basically chased non stop until finally a week later I had the courier company collect the wrong table but no replacement given. Simple furniture put 100% of the blame on the courier which makes no sense. They then complained stopped contacting me. I had no apology. Luckily via ebay I had opened a case so by this point I had a full refund so I could order elsewhere. Ended up having no dining table for 7 weeks.
Absolutely shambles and worst customer service. They've now disappeared from ebay so says it all.

Absolutely brilliant company, was sceptical about ordering because it was on instagram but do not be put off. My corner sofa is gorgeous so comfortable and the price was what sold it for me . This is the best blind purchase I made but the best decision by far. The lady on the phone went above and beyond her pay grade by helping me she was lovely a credit to the company. I think her name was Charlene or similar please forgive if it’s wrong but thank you so much so so pleased. Just buy

Well I am giving 5 stars for excellent customer service - I ordered a sofa and though its delivery date was estimated at 2 weeks thereabouts, the lovely lady at the helm sped up my delivery. I had my corner sofa within 1 week which really helped me out so much. Lovely to talk to on the phone and very efficient. I cant fault the sofa. It is beautiful. Such a competitve price on sale around the £480 mark. Brilliant. If you work with people and treat them with respect and kindness and are professional - you get the same back. No faults. Thank you lads and ladies!

Abysmal service and no order yet
I had placed an order on 30/12 and yet to receive order. I haven't even had any credible information regarding the order delivery. Customer service doesn't exist at all.

Ordered a sofa from this company and I am still waiting on it 14 days later. I tried speaking with customer service, to which I was greeted by a very rude Charmayn who didn't even bother checking where my order was. The customer service is shocking and I do not recommend anyone buying from this company. Spend your money elsewhere in my opinion.

My Rara Chaise Lounge is beautiful,arrived before the 14 days stated...customer service was great, I also recently found out they have an outlet store in Oldbury, I purchased a footstool in good condition at a cheap price, would highly recommend

Great service, from start to end. Received a lovely comfortable armchair. Thinking of changing my sofas, will be ordering again.

1 month and still no sofa this company are not worth your time they miss deliveries and tell you it’s coming when it isn’t. They never answer the phone when trying to contact them. I’ve been promised a sofa three times now and on the 4th time of me asking they tell me it’s not even ready. So what exactly have they been trying to deliver? Absolute shambles avoid at all costs

I ordered a chair two weeks ago but since the original order confirmation absolutely nothing. I have sent emails no reply used there live chat service no reply just phoned them and was on hold for 10 mins with no response.

Awful, no update to my order status from 2 weeks ago.

The chair I bought was ok. But was damaged due to poor packaging during delivery. Customer service was not helpful sorting out the matter
