I really wish I read the reviews on here before ordering… especially as I have experience exactly the same.

I placed an order on 6th June. 2 days later on the 8th June I received an email from ParoPet and Evri today notify me that the items had been dispatched. We are now a week on from “dispatch” and Evri has still not received the package. I emailed a few days ago and the infamous “Mary” responded saying there were delays due to high demand, but if that’s the case why was is dispatched?! Just a web of lies. I’ve emailed again since and they have now stopped responding.

They may seem like they have great deals but that’s just to suck you in and take your money. DON’T bother ordering from ParoPet.

Happy with the harness was getting worried when delivery took 11 days but they were prompt answering my e-mails and putting my mind at rest

I am worried I have been scammed. I ordered 15 days ago with an update to say that its on its way on 3rd June. Evri have confirmed this morning on 11th June that my order is still with Paropet and they have not recieved this yet.

The ParoPet harness is an absolute game changer for my young cocker spaniel! Far from being something I dreaded because of the constant pulling, despite hours and hours of training,my dog would still pull at a moments notice almost pulling my arm out of the socket on our walks! We have had the harness for only two days and she is totally different on our walks with the harness on! I can’t wait for our next walk! Thank you parapet! About to order a second harness!!!

I am truly grateful for the rapid response of this company . I had an issue with a harness it was dealt with professionally & respectfully.
The concern for my dogs welfare was very apparent from the first email.

Purchased a harness that broke after 2 uses, I contacted paropet and was told they would send me a refund which I agreed to. Since then I have heard nothing and not received a refund after emailing multiple times asking if this has been issued. Would never use this company again

Great! It fits well and is really good in terms of no pulling especially the bungee.

I have had a good experience from Paropet, excellent customer service, when I had a question, when the harness arrived, my dog was happy wearing it, would definitely use Paropet again,and would recommend to friends.

The harness and FREE lead arrived in good time and its absolutely brilliant! I have a new, very large German Shepherd who pulled like mad and I couldnt walk him on my own. Ive used this today and walked 2 large dogs alone! Its an absolute game changer! I don't know why people are moaning about delivery time when it clearly states up to 10 WORKING days! Mine arrived within a week. Very pleased

Great item. Looks good, arrived in good time. I emailed an enquiry to customer service and had a response within hours even on the weekend. The harness works as advertised. Me and Mabel had a wonderful stress free walk today. Would recommend.

Oh dear! How I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing two harnesses! I even checked that it was a UK company before buying - thus thinking that the harnesses were manufactured here in the UK. Obviously - it is not UK based and the harnesses are manufactured elsewhere. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the harnesses to arrive 9 days after placing and paying for my order. “Mary”, in her replies to my emails, is polite in her explanations (high demand etc etc) and has even thanked me for my patience! “She” advises that my order is currently in transit (allegedly) and on its way to me. “Mary” has also, apparently, “escalated” my order to ParoPet’s logistics team and she is “confident it will be delivered by next week”. Well, I will wait with anticipation to see whether that indeed occurs! If not, no doubt I will have further exchanges with a computerised “Mary”!

Scam. Don't ship, patronising responses using chat gpt. No urgency or resolution and don't actually have the stock. No update to customers and have to chase. Robotic.

excellent quality product and really does stop your dog from being able to drag you along! I wish they'd be more honest about shipping times, ordered from the UK and definitely was shipped from overseas. Took about ten days to arrive.

At first I feared this was a scam order as I ordered a harness a while ago and the order disappeared from the Shop app and the Evri tracking number didn't work. I did receive an email from Mary from Paropet assuring me it was on its way but I wanted to make sure I received it before editing my review. I have since received my order albeit about 10 days later and it is as described so I am happy with my purchase. When clipping the harness on the front it does stop my dog Rigby from pulling but it does get tangled up in my dogs legs sometimes especially when he lifts his back leg for a pee. All in all I am pleased with the harness and thankyou to Mary from Paropet for assuring my order got to me. Just bear in kind delivery takes a little time.

Pros:
•harness is fantastic my 8month Labrador pulled like crazy on his original harness and lead, tried paropet and the first walk changed instantly.
•customer service is quick and understanding
•personalisation and colour choices
•free lead

Cons:
•delivery time can be quite long, need to be more open about this/ keep customers informed

Overall thoughts:

•it’s a great item, does exactly what it said it will do and the customisation (colour, name patch) is a nice touch. It would be nice to be informed about any delays with delivery. Would I purchase again?, absolutely!.

Having tried most no pull leads and harnesses to date this one has been the most effective. Grandkids can control the dog with no pulling even the dog seems happier on walks with no one struggling and getting stressed with no pulling

I placed an order for a no-pull collar then got talking to a friend who gave me some helpful advice on how to stop the dog pulling so decided I would cancel the Paropet order and try my friends advice first. I contacted the support email and Mary who answered was very helpful and actioned a refund immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service. If the training doesn't help, I would definitely purchase from Paropet in the future.

There was a delay in my order being delivered. I received a very pleasant and timely response to my email from Mary and assured my order would be on its way by the end of the week. The no pull harness and lead are great quality and fits my Dalmatian really well! I would highly recommend.

I bought a harness and lead from ParoPet for my 4 month old golden retriever. I need to teach him to walk nicely before he’s fully grown as I don’t want him pulling me nor others over. Ordered this after watching video on instagram. I did have to check on the order as it took a few weeks but got an immediate reply from their customer support saying it would arrive by the Saturday, it actually arrived earlier. The product itself so far has not disappointed. It’s strong, puppy seems comfortable wearing it and he is already walking so much better. Really happy with it.
