Shocking customer service

I ordered through Tesco market place 10 days ago. Delivery was set for a day I chose- great. Plenty of updates and arrived within time window. Unfortunately whole 9 seater sofa set arrived in one huge box that would not go through garage and was just left in door way.

This wasn’t worst of problems. Table couldn’t not be put together due to completely misaligned holes. This was reported on day of delivery. ( Monday) quickly responded to say would collect and send replacement- collection happened on Friday after several emails to clarify and chase.

No sign of replacement. Sent several emails to be ignored had to keep opening new complaint on Tesco website as phone voicemail box constantly full regardless of time of calling. Repeatedly told it had been dispatched but DPD app stating waiting to receive. After well over a week when I just told them to refund and come and collect rest of set it appears that DPD now have my parcel and it will be delivered today.

Hopefully it will and it will be end of problem but thanks to poor communication, lack of actual support and poorly worded ( bad English) emails I’m not holding my breathe.

Surely ignoring customers emails isn’t customer services. Not answering phone or having a way of communicating in person is poor. Why did it take 10 days for DPD to finally receive a next day delivery???

Customer service needs to improve as does quality control.

Excellent and enjoyable customer…

Excellent and enjoyable customer service. I know right! It's in adversity that the opportunity to shine arises and for my order, what looked like potential delay in delivery, they demonstrated excellent communication and even indulged my whimsical responses. Nice work Fezalkhan! Still a bit out put that my floating shelf doesn't actually float however

Super happy with my order.

Super happy with my online order from Furniture one shop. The website photos are exactly same as the furniture I purchased. Delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived in perfect shape. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality furniture without the hassle.

Placed order for sofa delivery date given and no communication off company at all as delivery date was fast approaching....

Placed order for sofa was given delivery date between 20th nov - 27th Nov, Had no communication with company and my delivery date was fast approaching so I got in touch , couldn't find my order etc , order was found and delivery date got moved on another week , in mean time give my sofa to some one who had nothing expected to manage a few days without a sofa but not almost 2 weeks , my daughter and grandchildren live with us so it was a difficult time , in talks for compensation due to their bad customer service as you can imagine they want go give next to nothing , baring in mind when I was looking for this sofa this company was selling it much more expensive than other companies ( obviously making a good profit ) other companies had sold out obviously as they were Cheaper.....won't buy off this company again .

Item was not in stock when I placed the order where the website said it was. However excellent communication and given the option to continue with order or refund.

Updated throughout and in the end unit was delivered and perfect.

Good price and good quality.
