Very Bad Customer Service with Sarah
Contacted customer service about a hold for payment though I had not responded to check up. Sarah is the customer rep name I see and she answers me by numbering why the hold took place. "1. Sent me an email 2 days before...2. This is the same process..." Which was inaccurate; this has never happened before. Then proceeds to say let me know if you would like to cancel or continue. No apology, no checking history, and very dismissive. Considering I haven't had significant weight loss, I'm wondering if this company is a scam and this interaction just doesn't help. Very disappointed!

To clarify our refill process:
Your card is not charged, and there is no payment until the refill check-in is complete and approved. We do place a temporary authorization on your card to ensure that the payment method is valid and to initiate the refill process in preparation for shipping your next medication dose on the refill date. Please note that your card is not charged until you complete your monthly check-in, the doctor reviews and approves the refill, and the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. We start the refill process a few days in advance to ensure that you never run out of medication.
We hope this clarifies our refill process. Again, we apologize for any confusion.
Regarding weight loss, all new patients start with a low dosage of GLP-1 medication for the first month. The goal is not to lose 20 pounds immediately, as that can be unsafe and unhealthy. Instead, we want to ensure you are responding well to the medication and are not experiencing serious side effects.
Every month, your dosage will increase until you reach the maintenance level. While this medication may be costly, remember that weight loss takes time—it’s a marathon, not a sprint. We are here to help you achieve your weight loss goals safely and with minimal side effects.
It's true that some people experience great results on the lower doses, but not everyone does.
This is why it’s important to consistently take the medication as directed by your doctor.

We might not be the cheapest option out there, but at least you know you're getting your money's worth. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about over 90% of other providers. We might not have the lowest prices because we choose to avoid low-quality 503A pharmacies for our medications.
At SHOWW Rx, we take pride in offering the highest quality and most effective GLP-1 medication out there. Our products come from a reliable 503B manufacturing pharmacy, while over 95% of other providers use lesser-quality, handmade products from 503A pharmacies.

Quick and easyyy
I finished my first month with Showw, starting at 0.25 dose. I've lost 10 pounds so far. It works best in the first few days, but I get hungrier later in the week. Some days I eat less, other days more.

It's totally normal...here's some context: The first couple of months are basically starter doses. We want to make sure you're responding well to the medication and not having too many negative side effects. Although this medication isn't cheap, it's important to remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint. It's true that some people have great results on the lower doses, but not everyone. People who promise you'll lose more than 15 lbs per month, especially in the first couple of months, are either lying or risking your health. It's our goal to help you lose weight safely and with minimal side effects. You're doing great and thanks for the feedback.
