This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life! I had an allergic reaction to the B12 additives they put in the compounded version. I sent my doctor a message as well as customer service. My doctor responded agreed that I need to get the meds without the B12. He claims to have sent something to customer services as well. When you send a message it says they will respond within 24 hours. 3 days later no responds so I sent another message. 3 days later no response. So I sent my doctor another messages. He says he will contact the manager or customer service. I also called the customer service number. I got a voicemail. It says they'll get back quickly. No call back. It also says you can text. I tried that. No response. It has no been 3 weeks since my first attempt at getting this sorted out. I spent almost a thousand dollars on this medication that I can't even use!
Oh and the icing on the cake. I got just 1 vial for a 3 months supply but learned that a vial is only good for 30 days after the first draw!

NO DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for days regarding a question I had. Not happy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

After placing an order, I decided that I no longer wanted to proceed and attempted to cancel well before the medication was delivered. My concerns centered around the fulfillment process and my preference to use a different provider. Unfortunately, I was unable to find an effective way to cancel the order. Despite multiple attempts, I could not reach anyone who could assist me, and there appeared to be no simple cancellation process available through the same channel used to place the order.

When the shipment was sent, I refused delivery and arranged for the package to be returned. The UPS driver confirmed that the package would be sent back. Based on that return, I reasonably expected the matter to be resolved and a refund to be issued.

Instead, I was left with the impression that once an order is placed, customer service and communication become extremely difficult. The lack of responsiveness, the inability to cancel, and my preference to use a different provider pharmacy, the failure to resolve the issue after the shipment was refused have been frustrating and disappointing.

My primary concern is not simply the money involved, although the cost was significant. It is the lack of transparency, communication, and customer support when a customer is trying to address a problem before using the product.

I hope the company will review this situation, improve its cancellation and communication processes, and work toward a fair resolution.

I have been using Showw Rx for over a year. I have lost weight, which is great.

The customer service used to be great, but now they do not get back to you. I have written to the doctor and she forwards my email to customer service and still no one get back to me.

I have called and leave messages and no one calls me back.

The medicine comes on time, but I have questions, and no one to talk to.

I had been a customer for a year, without my knowledge they recently added a medication to my Rx that caused an allergic reaction. My Rx did not match what I received and they refused to provide support. No response to phone calls or support email.

Yes it's good company

I have been getting tirzepatide from SHOWWrx since March 2025. It has been a great experience. Nothing but good things to say. Just renewed my prescription for another 3 months. Easy to renew. Update your information with the online doctor and submit. Process took less than 24 hours. I should have my medicine by Wednesday shipped by FEDEX or UPS overnight or 2 day delivery. I thought about switching to a different pharmacy because of advertised prices, but you have to be careful about scams or come on prices. Bait and Switch. Facebook is full of them. I will stay with a proven pharmacy. Customer service has been quick to answer any questions that I might have.

I started with this company and was already on 15mg doses. I paid $1195 and received 3 months worth of tirzepatide. I didn’t feel it was quite as effective as my previous company but thought maybe I was at a plateau, that was in April 2025. When my refill was due again I decided to give it 1 more try. I only received 2 of the 3 bottles, so I figured it must have more solution in the bottles. I received it in July 2025, the expiration date was September 2025. The solution had a purple like color and was different from my original order, It didn’t suppress my appetite, in fact I felt hungry all the time. I was shorted a whole months worth of tirzepatide. I tried contacting Showw Rx by phone and would get a recording that all the staff was busy on other calls but to leave my name and number and they would get back in touch with me generally within a few minutes. I never received a call back after multiple attempts. I emailed the support group no response. I finally called the Absolute Pharmacy (where my prescription was filled) and asked why I only received two bottles and why it was so close to the expiration date. The pharmacy told me that they had canceled my last bottle, I explained to them that I had paid for the full three months almost $1200. They told me that they just send what is asked for they did not know why they canceled my last bottle to contact them about it. I have left many messages still no return so I’m out $400. I noticed that somebody else had went through the same thing got their order in in July but also only received two bottles after paying for the full price of three months. I am a nurse. I know when something is working or not. I know how to correctly draw up medication and more than that. The pharmacy itself told me that they canceled my last bottle. This needs to be taken to the Better Business Bureau people need to sue for their money back. I know the last 2 bottles were a joke and ineffective. I have been on this journey for a year and had lost almost 80 pounds before I started with Showw rx, I am now up 10 pounds. Please everybody report this company. They are literally stealing our money and the product is no good. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. It’s sad when a company takes advantage of people who are struggling with weight loss using their hard earned money. That is way overpriced product, but we pay it because so many insurance companies will not cover it.

I have been with Showw for over 6 months, the first 3 i didn't really have any issues. Meds came quickly and i was satisfied. BUT my refill journey has not been the same, I paid a crazy amount as i did not want to change meds/compound. I received meds and immediately tried to contact SHOWW as to why the meds were different and came from a different pharmacy, this time with B added. NO RESPONSE, contacted doctor chat, no response. Finally after a month and around 2 wks, someone finally responded to an email. But asked if i had contacted the doctor.. omg really! Yes, Yes i did. over $1,000 for meds and lousy response time to people who maybe cannot sit on chat and wait 24-48 hours for doc response or keep waiting for emails that do not come until you title them "NOT HAPPY".

They made a very big mistake and double shipped me No one calls back, returns emails, returns phone calls I have tried a multitude number of times in various ways and nothing Now I have two supplies amounting to 6months of meds and no response So this is how I handle it! I put a hold on my credit card on file ! When they can’t bill me, then perhaps they’ll call me back. I just want to make sure they can fix whomever in the company that messed up! Hey TRAVIS WITCHLOW— call me, return my emails, return my text messages someone in your company is double sending meds ! This is a big problem and more importantly, no one is answering when this issues was detected before it was actually sent via fed ex!

Started my journey in March after my wife had success. Customer service was great in the beginning. I received my third order in August 2025. I only received 2 of the 3 bottles. I have been trying to contact this company to assist me. I have called, emailed, and sent text….. no response from them. My wife tried to re order in July 2025 and could not reach the company. The company now is sending me text and emails for another renewal but will not contact me to correct my last order. You will have no issues placing your order and Showwrx taking you money, but you will get no communication from them.

ShowwRx has also changed pharmacy. The product is now a different compound than when I got my first order.

Ordered from this company three month supply. It was 1200 dollars. Did not receive it. Reported it to showw rx and fed ex. Fed ex said it was returned to the company. The company now will not return my calls or text or emails. 1200 is a lot of money to be taken from you. Do not do business with this company!!

They are unresponsive and don't return calls, texts or emails. No response even when I was told they were going to submit my issue to a manager. Horrible, and they don't stand behind their guarantee. This company is a scam. :(

I thought from what I read that the prizing will not go up when you order the three month supply of Tirzepatide again no matter what dose.
Well wrong info. I was just getting ready to order for my second round of three month, going ftom 7.5 to 10 and up only to find out it’s a huge price increase.
I paid $795 for my first order and now my second order of three month is almost $1200
Just because of the increase of meds.
I was very happy with the meds but think it’s a huge misleading in pricing.
I would’ve loved continuing with SHOWW Rx but not while being deceived about cost

I started my weight loss journey with Showw on 1/22/25, I am currently down 67 lbs!! It has been an easy journey with them, only one time I experienced a delivery problem, but smooth sailing since then. I am so happy with the way I feel and look. I went with Tirzepatide, and have had ZERO side effects.

Lost 18 punds in 7 weeks. Eveen a late night message got answered fast. Much better than my old provider.

Started out as a good experience and the last shipment was awful. Not the same script as my first two. The company is completely unresponsive now. I’m so disappointed and I’m out a lot of money on this last 3 month supply. Will not respond to phone calls, emails, nothing. Stay away from them!

I have had a great experience in the past, but all of a sudden this company is totally non - responsive. I ordered a refill and it was never shipped. I reached out to them several times by phone, text and email and got a different answer every time. It's very disappointing since I'm on a successful weight loss journey, losing 27 pounds so far and getting inflammation relief through this medication due to lupus, and now it been stalled due to their lack of shipping. I have been charged for my prescription. I have filed a better business bureau complaint. Hoping I can get my money back.
The last email from them I received today read: "missing one injection is not a significant issue and escalating this to a full blown crisis is unnecessary. The way you have publicly defamed us leaves us no choice but to cancel your treatment as you were unwilling or unable to be patient with a 2 week delay. You are welcome to take your business elsewhere."
This response was after they gave me FOUR different stories on the shipment dates.

Was skeptical but their meds are fire, lost 14 lbs in a month. Texted support late, got a reply in 20 mins. Beats my old pharmacy by a mile.
