When you signed up on February 18, 2025, you chose our T1 starter package for Tirzepatide, which is a GLP-1 medication. This package is meant for people who are just starting out with Tirzepatide or those who need to ease into it with a lower dose, as it's pretty strong and needs to be increased carefully. We trust patients to pick the package that fits their needs—which is like choosing the right vacuum bags. Given that you had been on semaglutide (another GLP-1) at 0.40 mg for six months, a higher-dose package might have been better for you. Since we didn't have your previous medical records or a complete intake, we sent exactly what you ordered.

After you started your first dose and didn’t feel any effects, you got in touch with us on March 1. We explained that Tirzepatide is indeed stronger than semaglutide, but your initial dose (and even the bump to 30 units, or 7.5 mg) was still on the low side compared to what you were used to. To help you see results safely, we worked with you to gradually increase your dose—recommending 50 units (or 12.5 mg) weekly starting March 13, with follow-ups planned through March 26. You agreed to this plan just hours before posting your review on March 8, and we even included extra medication in your order for faster dosing. Our team responded to every message quickly, usually within minutes, to find a solution that worked for you.

We were really surprised and disappointed to see that 1-star review so soon after our last conversation, especially since you hadn’t brought up any other issues before that.
