First, your meds arriving frozen: We ship Tirzepatide in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs from a 503B pharmacy—FDA-regulated, top-tier quality via BPI Labs/Olympia, adhering to cGMP. Stability studies confirm it’s safe and effective if frozen—just thaw at room temp, then refrigerate. A card notes 60-day room-temp stability! The “Do Not Use If Frozen” label is a precautionary measure from the manufacturer to discourage improper storage in a freezer, which is not recommended. Also, the Mayo Clinic cite (“Do Not Use If Frozen”) applies to brand-name pens like Mounjaro or Zepbound, not our 503B compounded vials, which differ in formulation and stability. We explained this when you reached out, but we’re sorry if it wasn’t clear—we could’ve done better.

Second, feeling the meds didn’t work: You said you were “starving” and saw no loss after a month, unlike past companies. That’s tough, especially on a teacher’s budget. Screenshots exist on both sides, and we’re confident they’d show our team trying to help, not harm.
