The company support has been great. Shipments are there and simple to use. I started in March and now July down 30lbs. 15 more to go then into maintenance.

Second review. I have been with Showw since February. I started compounded tirzepatide on March 1st. I am down 38 lbs. Customer service has always been prompt, patient and helpful. Every refill has arrived complete and on time. I hope I'm able to continue with this company after my current refill expires.

When I first started customer service was great. Then I started to run out prior to the 12 weeks I was supposed to get. This last order was sent even though I told them I would be out of town and needed it changed. I got home and it had been sitting on my front porch for 5 days in 90+ heat. Contacting anyone is impossible. Emails, texts, phone calls, nothing.

I've been pretty happy with their meds and service. They've helped me lose 11 lbs in 3 months and counting.

I have had a great experience in the past but all of a sudden this company is totally Non responsive. I ordered a refill and it was never shipped. I reached out to the several times by phone, text and email and no response. It's very disappointing since I'm on a successful weight loss journey and now its been stalled due to their lack of communication. I have been charged for my prescription. Hoping I can get my money back.

After years of PCOS making weight loss nearly impossible, this medication finally broke through that barrier. My insulin resistance has improved and for the first time, my body responds to my efforts.

Stay away from this company! They charged my credit card $1175 and medication was never sent! They never communicated with me that there pharmacy was having issues obtaining medication. I had to reach out to them several times before I received a response! Hopefully I will get my money back!

I had been taking SEMAGLUTIDE for months from this place, and was showing no results. So I contacted them and said I wanted to stop the refills. The person I talked to, was very nice, said fine, however I would like to have you try Tirzepatide for a month at no charge. It is the same as Mounjaro. I said fine, I received it and took a dose, within 24 hours I was as sick as I have ever been. I went to ER and was asked why anyone would prescribe such a high dose, do not finish this. After an IV, I find my kidneys have issues now. I am going in today for an ultrasound, and an Endourologist and Kidney doctor said they have not seen a dose this high, especially for someone who had never been on it. I tried reaching out to Show RX with no response, I was simply asking, why would they prescribe this much and why. Guess they don't kwno either.

Super rude customer service, and canceled my order due to me asking when my order would be shipped since it's been past the 2-3 day mark their website says. Was accused of being hostile lol for asking for an actual answer and not an excuse since I had already paid almost $1200.00. I also requested someone to call me and asked that she not text me again, was told no and they canceled my order stating they would not tolerate anyone being rude to their staff. I called their customer service line and left a few messages with no return call.

Just an update, the comment was actually “F You” and that was only after you lied and canceled my order, just as you lied in your response here. I have the entire text chain! Wow, a final decision, too bad you couldn’t give a finial decision on the simple question I asked lol

Honestly I had had a decent experience with them except their customer service is awful. Just read the tone of how they respond to some of these people on here. I was misinformed about the amount of medicine they sent me. They said the information they sent me in my first order and treatment plan would be completely different in my next 3 month plan when I buyed in bulk… In the literal package I was sent I received DIFFERENT directions than what the doctor sent me, but it was “my fault” that I followed the instructions I received from the pharmacy in my first package. And when I reached out to customer service for help they were extremely rude and not helpful. This was a literal message I received from them: “To be honest, I do not understand your frustration. Your patient portal, the doctor chat message, and the label attached to your medication could not be clearer.

I understand where the confusion was, I just was asking for some empathy and providing feedback on what could be better for their future orders. No desire to make things right. Or even apologize….. These providers are a dime a dozen. I don’t recommend.

*updated* I didn’t even respond to the last email they sent and they double messaged me again just to be rude again: “ The instructions were clear and given to you several times. Instead of blaming someone else, consider reviewing the directions carefully”

God- how unprofessional.

I have tried several times to communicate with SHOWW RX and have received no answer to either email or phone messages. I paid $247 for 2nd month of medication and have not received the product. UPS stated they do not have the package. I would like either the product or a refund.

Never thought an online prescription would work, but I stand corrected. The weight loss has been steady and sustainable. My doctor is amazed at my improved blood work results.

I had few questions and needed some more info so got in touch with them. They were promptly and responsive and answered my queries thoroughly.

All my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

To begin with .... the initial sign-up was easy and I already had all my tests etc done before I signed up (annual physical), so all questions were anwered. I had been on Tirzepatide a couple of months before but found SHOWW Rx to be more reasonable. Be prepared for the beginning - as dosage starts out small and gradually increases every 4 weeks. My weight loss has been slow but steady, which is all I want. I'm in my late 70's and decided I won't fit in the urn unless I get rid of this excess weight. At one point I did put a pause on my prescription once but that was not a problem. I have found that they are very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Other sites I considered did not have any instructions which gave me concern for those not familiar in using syringes. I am on weekly allergy shots so it was easy for me. But probably a very scary thing for those who have never used a syringe. That shows a well thought out platform that is working for your success right from Day One! I highly recommend Showw.com for their capable medical staff, very effective product, as well as their caring customer support. You cannot find a better place to start your weight loss journey. They actually do care.

Excellent customer service with a very responsive team and a fantastic Compound product! I highly recommend them over all other similar companies! I started using them in February 2025 and have seen fantastic results!

Took the shots for two months and did not lose one pound. Very disappointed.
