It has taken a while to get to a shower head which gives a good flow and (hopefully) won't clog up with limescale. This one has made good start

As advertised, the showery heads are fantastic:
Very good and energising waterfowl.

Dreadful company. Absolutely NO customer service. No phone number or chat function, no ability to talk to anyone. Only communication is email and they take days to reply to emails. They do not follow their own complaints procedure despite it being visible on their website, and do not respond to complaints. Took 4 weeks and over 20 emails to get my refund. Very painful and stressful experience. Do not use them!!

The shower head was not fit for purpose and provided the same, if not worse, pressure than our previous inadequate shower head. We purchased it based on the claim that it delivers very good pressure even in low-pressure households, which was not true in our case.
The return process was slow despite advertised 24-hour response times. We were asked to provide video evidence, which we did immediately. We were offered a replacement, which we declined, and requested a refund instead. After that, all communication stopped. Follow-up emails weeks later were ignored.
Very disappointing product and customer service.

To add to my last review. They assured me that they would send out the proper filters.
Lo and behold I received the same ones.

They said to return the shower head and filters and they would refund me.

How do I have a shower in the meantime time.

Two weeks later and they are still ignoring my emails. Please avoid these scammers at all cost.

Excellent quality, very high pressure ideal for low water pressure. I would have liked more quantity at slightly less pressure.
Top class unit none the less.

This does what it says it’s just what we wanted I would definitely recommend.

Excellent shower head, ordered a new shower hose and accidentally ordered a second one. Sent e-mail and DM but no one has replied. Not impressed

The larger shower head with mineral balls is a amazing with its 6 settings. It makes your daily shower something to look forward to and leaves you feeling wonderfully refreshed.

Have used for years like the product so replace like with like

Avoid do not buy from this company update from previous review the reason for these products taking so long to arrive is this company is purchasing these shower heads from temu then selling them on to customers here I have been on the temu site and found the exact same shower head and hose for £3/£5 so folk this it why your purchase are taking so long and cheaply made go onto temu and I will guarantee you will find your product you have purchased from showery on temu it's a scam £57.98+ postage I paid exactly same one on temu £3/£5. Absolute joke this is not a company it is someone sitting in there house taking extortionate orders then placing a order with temu

Shower head was incompatible with the shower or simply didn’t work. Requested a refund and sent back to the address provided and now getting ignored - have raised a case with my credit card company. AVOID!!!!!

Really high quality purifying shower head - I really notice an improvement in my skin and hair from using it and can tell when the beads need replacing. The refills are super easy to purchase and use. Overall, very happy with my experience!

Great product. Will have to come back for a black one in the near future as changing the bathroom. Very happy customer.

Great products works amazingly

Ordered the shower head with stones to try with our old electric shower (just moved and inherited it, can't change it yet) especially on economy mode. It's so good. On High mode it's excellent. I am sure the stones are helping too as my naturally dry, quite coarse hair is better/softer plus the shower cubicle glass is less cloudy from hard water deposits.
It took a little time to arrive but absolutely worth the wait.
Easy to pop onto existing shower hose, just unscrew old one and replace.
One of the best purchases this year. Highly recommend.

I bought 3 items from this company and had to return 2 which they agreed to as they were not suitable for my shower installation. A month later and it is an ongoing battle obtaining the refund they promised. Despite sending returns with 24hr tracked they appear to be acknowledging receipt and keep asking what items I have returned. I have sent proof but still they either ignore emails or use stalling tactics to delay refund which I am now having to claim via my bank.
If I could give them zero for customer service I would. My advice would be to buy similar items elsewhere unless you are certain you will never have a fault or need to return items for any reason.
I admit the shower head which I kept is okay but is a cheaper plastic and not sure how long it will last - I’ve had cheaper similar items before which have worked well.

They have no return policy you have to contact them which I have done via emails and via forms on the website. They have no customer service and won’t provide details to return your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Slow to deliver shower tidy. When I emailed to say it was too big even on the smallest setting I didn’t get a response for a couple of days saying they wanted photographic proof. I explained it was a gift for my daughter’s new home and I wasn’t able to get a photo as I had brought it home to send it back I have been ignored despite two follow-up emails asking them when I can expect a reply and a refund.
