Great until you need to report a product that has failed within its warranty period and they ignore all of your contact attempts.

I love my shower head and just recently replaced the beads which was very easy to do and drlivery was great.

Ordered shower head at cost of £39.99 in the hope that it would improve our poor water pressure. Absolutely useless and item received was cheap plastic and poor quality, Have emailed several times over the last month to request return. Received the usual "send a video" request which I refused to do as item packaged back up and video is just a delay tactic. They have now offered me £23 refund or a return address at my own expense. I have little faith that I will get any money back whether I accept paltry £23 or pay for the item to be returned. This Company are total crooks. Found good, working showerhead on Amazon - wish I'd done that first and read the reviews prior to ordering this rubbish at an inflated price.

Please, please, please trust all the bad reviews for this sham scam on of a ‘company’. All I want is a simple refund for a shower head that I haven’t even taken out of the box. I’ve been ghosted after endless emails. Absolute disgrace and hopefully as word spreads everyone will save their hard earned money by shopping at a company that will treat them right! Disgusted.

The customer Service for this company is appalling. Don't trust the website they offer discounts on items and then add the item to your order. I accepted a discount and it ordered 2 items when I only wanted 1. taking the money even though I contacted them and explained the error. They offered me £14 to keep the items on a £60 order the items did not fit and needed to be returned.

Terrible experience. I purchased a shower head, but due to low water pressure, it could not be used to its full potential. I requested a return, and their team asked me to provide a video demonstrating the water pressure, which I promptly did. However, since then, I have received no response regarding my return request. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Do not waste your money on this crap.

Absolutely shocking experience. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company — you might as well order from Temu.

The item I received was extremely poor quality and made no difference whatsoever to my water pressure. The only noticeable effect was that it made the water look different, which was clearly not the intended purpose.

I emailed repeatedly for over a week requesting a return, but received no response. The only time the company replied was after I contacted my bank. Once they finally responded, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the item by offering a discount, followed by a further discount. Despite my continued requests to return it, they delayed the process.

Eventually, they provided a return address — but I was required to cover the return postage costs myself.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret making the purchase and would not recommend this company to others.

Avoid company at all costs. They claim to be able to offer refunds no questions asks. They claim to answer emails with 24 hours. None of which is true. They have no contact number available at all so you are stuck in limbo.

The shower itself is average quality plastic, I paid £38 but it's similar to any £15 shower heads I have bought in the past. I bought a separate hose, but it didn't even come with rubber seals, at £16 that's really bad. Overall don't waste your money, far too expensive for the quality provided. Expect very slow delivery also but I was made aware of their processing times in their email.

Don’t even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer service!!! Seems to be a common theme with Showery reading other reviews. Just wanted a simple refund as shower head was no longer required due to changing the system completely. Poor communication, an email every 4 to 5 days even though I had provided a picture of the unopened box. Then offered a half the money back as they can’t resell returned items due to their environmental policy!! Although not reselling unused items will have a bigger impact when they are just binned! Now not getting any response. Awful company, don’t waste your time and money!

The showerheads work great and getting replacement filter beads has been really easy. Good customer service!

If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. Avoid this company like the plague, it might be alright if you are happy with your order but if there is a problem then the Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered the wrong Showerhead by mistake(my own fault I know) but when I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange they ignore emails and there is no telephone number. They did eventually reply to me after several emails and said the would arrange to have a new one sent out. No details on how to send the other one back. When it never arrived I went through the whole procedure again sending multiple emails until they finally bothered to reply. They said the replacement had been lost in transit and would I like them to send another or a refund. I said I would take the refund and that is 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I am now stuck with a Showerhead I can't use. I will never use this Company again and would advise anyone else not to either

I ordered my 2 x showery shower heads in December but before they arrived, i had somd plumbing issues which resulted in calling a professional. As i have a gravity, pump led water system, i was recommended to not use these types of shower heads as it would damage the pump system.

When they arrived i attemped to message Showery to instigate a return using their contact form. I had no response. I then emailed their customer services, no response. I have now attempted to contact them 6 times. No response.

I simply want a return and refund.

Despite trying to contact them on socal media (they have turned their messages off), and leaving comments on their live Showery Ads, I have had no success.

Your company has always been very helpful in answering questions I've had about your products. The prices are great (and I appreciated the discount I got on my last order!) and delivery is usually very good.

Shower was actually worse then the cheap shower head that it was replacing and dealing with the company about returns and refunds, is a pain, they basically tell you not to return the item and offer you a partial refund, rubbish product and rubbish company to deal with

Very poor quality product, no tele number, no customer service, no contact within 24hrs. The website is a shopify fronted website and is owned by Mr George Cordoneanu who owns Everything Is For Sale. The products come from a chinese factory. RUBBISH PRODUCT, RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUBBISH RETURNS POLICY. These businesses need to be called out for what they are- scammers who don't carry and just want your money. Look them up on companies house.

Cheap plastic crap! don't be fooled by the slick video's
the shower head made absolutely no difference to the pressure of the spray. Tried to cancel the order 5 minutes
after purchasing, they took a week to reply to my emails
then said it was too late has they had dispatched.

I have had 2 showery showerheads. The ecoflow 1.0 and 2.0 both have broken in the same way after warranty ran out. Something broke inside the showerheads which stopped them working. They are not made of premium products as stated by showery but plastic. I emailed showery and all I was offered was a discount the same discount you get offered in the site. Customer service poor takes them 3 days plus to reply to emails. I will not be purchasing anymore showery products and have since found a new showerhead on Amazon does the same thing at a quarter of the price.
