I ordered a showery product from them. When it finally arrived, the product appeared to be very cheaply made despite its pretty hefty price tag! The product leaked when connected to my shower house and did NOT function as stated on the website. When I contacted customer service for a return and full refund, which they state on their website is 60 days from purchase, I was initially told they can only offer a replacement, or a half refund of £20. This is completely unacceptable customer service! If your product does not do what it says on the tin, give customers their money back! I am STILL waiting for a further reply from the customer service team - they have completely ignored emails when I said their refund of £20 was unacceptable. Order GC300158

The shower head I received (eventually!) was scratched, pitted and of poor quality. Numerous emails were totally ignored and I was forced to claim a refund via my bank's dispute service.
Their claims of risk-free trial and promises of 24hr replies are completely bogus. There is no phone number or return address.

Item never arrived! When email customer service, got an AI reply with the same answers over and over. No resolution to my issue still and now out of pocket. No refund issued, no product no resolution to my issue.

Our first showery shower head developed a crack after a few years (probably due to freezing on the outside dog shower), so it was time for a new one. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast.

The showery head is excellent and the best ever at cleaning a wet and muddy long-haired Border Collie. The water gets deep into the fur to rinse out dirt and grit. 👍🏻

This complaint is based on returns option only, the product that came was just not powerful enough and coverage area of the head was to small and direct.

It’s the return process that’s an issue , it’s been 2 weeks since i completed online return request to Showery and they still have not responded even though I have sent them follow up request.

Dont buy from them if you want to return the item if not appropriate for your needs.

I am disappointed and will progress this further under the consumers rights act.

BUYER BEWARE:

Having ordered one of the "No Drill Shower Caddy's "and waited over a week for it to arrive it was with huge disappointment when I opened the package to find a extremely poorly made injection moulded piece of flimsy plastic that was weak, badly finished and generally not worth the packaging it was in. On top of that the product didn't fit my particular electric shower riser rail. As instructed I completed and submitted the returns form and then heard nothing. On the web site there is an icon that suggests you can ring the company- YOU CAN'T. I tried contacting the business using the registered address on their website. In the end I spoke to an accountancy firm in the same building who contacted the company on my behalf. The showery business is actual a part of a company called Everything on Sale whose director is a Mr George Cordoneanu. The goods look like they come direct from a factory in china. THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS, THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT OF A HIGH QUALITY, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY IS APPALLING.

Only leaving 1 star as no option to leave zero. Dreadful company. I sent 8 emails requesting invoice and shipping information. Got ignored every time. Thankfully I used pay pal. Pay pal got my money back.

Ordered off line read reviews and the part I purchased was absolutely amazing done what it said it would

I needed to return the showerheads, which was extremely painful. The website says all emails are answered within 24 hours - this is a lie, they takes days to respond and I had to continually chase them to get a refund. It was only when I copied the extract from the government’s online page regarding your rights that seemed to prompt them into action. There is also no phone number for them, which makes me suspect it’s not really a UK company.

Excellent shower head powerful and very effective

Excellent product. I have very poor water pressure and have been putting up with water trickling from my showerhead. This shower head does exactly as it says and has transformed my shower experience.

The actual product is great but the delivery was way too long but that's mainly due to the delivery company being useless.

Good product. Taking them at their word that it won't damage my electric shower over time, but it has greatly improved the shower experience.

When it comes...It's the finest quality tat.Absolutely laughable...I mean if you saw this on a car boot sale for £3,you'd wonder how the guy had the audacity to lay it out on his stall and look you in the face.Its a gimmick,it really is.It sprays water everywhere at low pressure.It isn't chrome,but poorly coated plastic.
