SellMySewingMachine Anmeldelser

Quick and easy to organise; my old machine was quickly winging its way to pastures new.

Would highly recommend SMSM so easy to deal with. Parcel Force arrived when they said they would. 2 days later got my funds.

So much easier than trying to sell yourself.

I love it. Quick and easy process.

Very clear process but had to chase payment upon confirmation of delivery as there was a lack of communication between colleagues.

Helpful for start to end. Kept me informed at all times up to collection.

Smooth transaction from initial contact, followed by an offer which was acceptable, then kept informed about collection which was on day and time stated.
Payment in my account within hours.

It was easy quick and hassle free.

Excellent service. Gave me a quote on my sewing machine at a reasonable price. No hassle with the pickup of the machine from my door. Only had to wait a couple of days the money was paid straight into my account.
Would definitely recommend.

Quick response to my enquiry about buying my mum's old sewing machine.
Delivery was booked, but they did not turn up,, but was quickly rearranged.
Collected on time and money paid a few days after it was collected.
I'm pleased mum's old machine will hopefully be reused by someone else and not end up in landfill.

Quick response to original email about sale of sewing machine, price soon offered and accepted and arrangements made to ship item at free cost.

Item collected promptly on day and payment received after weekend in my account. No hassle proceedure.

Very quick and efficient service. Once I accepted the offer made for my old sewing machine, staff were quick to arrange collection and payment! They did exactly what they said they would do.

Items were sold without hassle at an agreed price.
Informed of a proposed day including the time when a driver would call. Driver was very punctual and upon arrival informed the company and payment was paid for the sewing machines into my bank account within 10 minutes.
The service could not have been better.

Perfect - seamless transaction.
Received money straight away - no messing around - exactly as they said it would .
Thank you

Very simple and straightforward sale process. Very pleased with all aspects thanks.

Automated message & nothing, you’d think someone would actually take 30 seconds to send an actual response

I had a really positive experience, contrary to my initial scepticism! Initially, I received a less desirable quote, but Ashley reached out and negotiated to suit the correct model and state of my machine. Despite the issues with my house not having a doorbell, Ashley and June were patient and responsive. Not that I have many sewing machines to sell, but I'd definitely work with them again if I did and recommend others do so as well.
