SellMySewingMachine Anmeldelser

Very prompt answers to queries and explanation of the logistics. A seemless process which was fast efficient and hassle free, with a fair price paid for my machine . I'm pleased to think that it will enjoy a new life.

Good communication, a fair price offered and an efficient collection by Royal Mail. Payment received into my bank account a couple of days later exactly as promised. Ashley was interested in the small history I was able to give of my late mother's Singer machine and it is nice to feel it has a good chance of going on to be appreciated and used by someone else.

Easy to sell old machine. Picked up when arranged and promptly paid.

Very efficient service. An easy way to sell your sewing machine.

I did wonder if like for cars there was a web site for ' we buy any sewing machines ' well there is such a website ! Contacted them on their website and initially they said not buying any more machines ftb said they would return to me when they were looking to buy again. So really pleased to get their call the other week. Sent photo of our old machine and received an offer of £35 which considering state of said machine was accepted. Presume needed for spares albeit one never knows it could re surface as a refurbished item. Item was collected free of postage and the monies received in my account within 3 days. Excellent customer service from Ashley. Well done. 5*

I received a response after about 4 days to say my basic Singer was not good to them, fair enough.
I've been offered £55 on Guntree but for that amount i"ve decided to keep the machine.
Thank you anyway.

An Excellent service, slightly marred by the lengthy process.

Prompt payment.

A very simple process from start to finish.

Really easy process to have the machine appraised and collected. Fast payment.

Great service. Reasonable price offered for sewing machine. Collect the sewing machine from your house on a day that’s suitable, provide tracking details.

I did have to chase to make sure everything was ok as I hadn’t received payment but payment was then made the same day and received an email to confirm.

No problem with price or pick up, and payment. Just a slight delay with notifying receipt of machine. Would recommend and use again
