Simple process and fast payment, would highly recommend this company

Received quick response with offer after submitting online form, however after accepting offer then had lots of delay with my email responses not being received by them as they were having technical issues so I had to resort to completing online form and put requested information there a few times instead. Eventually all was good and proper communication was resumed. Date agreed for collection and full instructions provided. Collection undertaken as stated and was tracked. Not long after they received it, that very same day, the payment was in my bank account. Very happy thanks.

Contacted Sellmysewingmachine, sent a few pictures, got a quick response with an offer, a decent price, they arranged collection and all went very smoothly, got a message when they received agreed price sent, very satisfied with the whole process, and there comunication.

Amazing company really great service provided on the day payment made direct to my account and collected free of charge which saved me a lot of money rather than having to send myself and the only place that offers money for second hand machines

Seamless process from quote, free collection from home and prompt payment

Ashley, who dealt with my original enquiry explained clearly the purchase process and what I needed to do. The courier was prompt on the selected date and I received payment within the 3 working days advised.
My only suggestion is that after pick-up, notification of machine receipt is confirmed. Janet

Was very easy to sell my Aunt’s vintage sewing machine, delivery arranged for me and went smoothly.
I would just say, not all people have internet banking etc. so would have been nice to be informed that machine had arrived and cash deposited. Just managed to get to bank today to check.
Other than that, a great experience and I would highly recommend. 🙂

Smooth sailing. Good experience. Ashley and June sorted everything out perfectly.

I made an enquiry online about selling my sewing machine. The response was quick. After a few emails a collection date was arranged. The courier collected the sewing machine and I was paid within a few days. I would reccomend this company.

I have contacted them via their website and text message and had no response even though I said a response either way would be appreciated

All roundcgreat service. They took charge of everything

It was so easy to contact SellmySewingMachine, emails were responded to within minutes, collection was arranged for a convenient time for me, the instructions for returning the machine were clear and concise and the agreed payment was made within days. I would highly recommended this small business.

They offered me a price for my machine and ordered a free pickup. All very efficient and helpful and gave good instructions and kept me up to date with thr process. Payment arrived promptly.

Really impressed with the service. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. They were easy to communicate with and payment was made very quickly. Highly recommended!

Really helpful. After initial contact arranged collection quickly and paid me two days later. Really impressed with them . Thank you

Very good seamless service! First you send details of your machine and photos. Then a price is agreed before hand, they then give you a collection date, mine was 2 days after price agreed. They arrange for pick-up by Royal Mail who also bring a label and is trackable. Payment is then transferred into your account, again mine was 2 days after they received my machine and it was a bank holiday. Communication and guidance of what to do was excellent throughout the whole process. My only problem was that their initial email went into my spam so I thought they hadn't replied. You also need to be able to pack the machine in a suitable box with padding if you don't have the original. I can't recommend them enough.

I was so pleased to have found their website. They explained every step of the way and paid promptly as promised.
I recommend their service.

Very helpful very good service! If selling your sewing machine and they accept a Price is agreed before hand - then a date is issued they (Royal Mail) will pick up and label - Funds are then transferred into your account! Recommended!

They were quick and efficient and kept me advised of pick up etc. Also offered me a fair price for my machine. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication and service from the business. Pickup of the machine by a courier at an arranged time was also appreciated. Would recommend this service if you have a sewing machine for sale.
