SellMySewingMachine Anmeldelser

Have tried to contact this company several times. The phone number is invalid. Sent pictures, emails etc, to get a quote, as per the website, but no-one ever responds.

Do they actually exist and, if so, how do you contact them?

Update 1 - Details have now been resent by email following your prompt response to this review. Thank you, we look forward to hearing from you.

Update 2 - Have already had a further response to our request to sell our machine. Even though they do not deal with Singer "treadle" machines, it was good to find that out quickly, along with some useful advice about what we can do next.
Happy to update the rating based on the responsiveness, once we had overcome the initial communication problem.
Thank you.

Efficient service, slight delay in payment but was paid after I emailed.

Great communication. Very easy to sell. They pick it up which was fantastic. Recycling made easy with a cash bonus. Paid as soon as received. Can't fault them.

Everything was done by email. I just took a photo of my machine and sent it in by email. They offered me a price almost immediately. I accepted the price, gave them my address and details. The Royal Mail collected the sewing machine at the specified time with a prepaid tracked sticker. The money is already in my bank. Someone else is using my sewing machine. I am so happy that it is no longer gathering dust. Thank You for such a brilliant service and smooth operation.

Clear instructions and prompt payment

So glad I used Sell My Sewing Machine to sell my sewing machine. They were professional all the way through with clear instructions. I received the money in my bank account within a few days of sending my machine to them.

Helpful efficient service. Glad to have my machine repurposed and not part of landfill.

Excellent no hassle can fully recommend

Ashley Bradbury was lovely to communicate with, my mum passed away during our transaction and she was so lovely with her message. Thank you Ashley

Fantastic company responded to my initial enquiry almost instantly. Explained the process and no hassle and fuss on my end. Payment came immediately on the drivers collection and would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.

My experience with Sell-My-Sewing-Machine, has been both rewarding, and a complete affirmation of integrity, honesty, and effective communication.
The whole process from initial contact, to the offer being made and collection of the items, was seemless. An invoice and payment was prompt and accurate. I can compliment Sell-My-Sewing-Machine for their professionalism, and personal attention. They are to be highly recommended, and I would certainly use them again without reservation.

Excellent email communication. Friendly and efficient service with courier arranged to suit me. And importantly very fast payment for my old sewing machine.

What a super option this is! When I stumbled on Sell My Sewing Machine, I was worried it was all too good to ge true, but read through the reviews and decided to make contact.
I'm so glad I did! A great offer for my machines and as promised by Ashley, someone would be in touch to collect within 10 days. 5 days later the machines were collected.
I didn't receive an email to confirm they'd been received, but an email to Ashley and June to check and all was fine and payment was enroute to my bank account. I received the funds in full 3 days after collection.
Such a superb service, great communication and I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending them or using again.
Absolutely brilliant! 😁

Reliable and quick service.

This company made the selling of our Brother sewing machine so simple. I sent a picture of the machine with a short description of the machine. Very quickly they came back to me with an offer which I accepted. Sellmysewingmachine then created a collection by Royal Mail on a 48hour tracked. I was notified when the machine was delivered and within a few hours the agreed payment was in my PayPal account.

I cannot recommend this company enough.
