I had a fantastic experience with Seascanner UK, thanks to Aimee's exceptional support. I was originally looking for a cruise on a specific date, but the budget-friendly cabins were already sold out, and I didn't want to opt for a higher price.
Instead of letting me walk away, Aimee went above and beyond. She proactively searched for alternative dates and presented me with similar itineraries that perfectly matched my preferences and budget. Easy and helpful chat available

I am very satisfied when I called up the Customer support team and she is able to sort out my remaining balance o payment turned out to not go through. The I asked about my flight change and she is able to get out my flight information as well and provide a link for me to log in and see details.

There was a small issue with my booking confirmation, and I was initially concerned that the traveller details were not showing correctly. Maisie was extremely helpful, professional and reassuring. She checked everything carefully, made sure the correct details were on file, and promptly resent the confirmation.

Her communication was friendly, clear and efficient, and she made the whole process much easier for me. I’m very happy that everything has now been sorted.

Overall the best prices and I keep on recommending Seascanner to all I meet during cruises or when holiday is discussed. It’s easy to book and the customer service is great, quick to respond. I’ve had issues with the MSC open booking tickets, making the booking process more difficult. But Shannon and Angelina from Seascanner were great. Angelina managed to sort things in one day when I was unable to get any help from MSC previously for 5 months! Thank you

Gratuities and service charges are the bane of cruise passengers and so when I booked a Costa Pacifica cruise through Seascanner it was so good to see that these changes were included.

However, on boarding the ship I was told that 15% would be added to any purchases and a cost per passenger of €12 per day per passenger would also be added. I challenged this with the ships reception / customer service and was told emphatically I would have to pay these.

I contacted Seascanner and after a lot of back and forward, Naomi and Erin were able to connect with Costa and ensure that the charges were not made.

Thank you to them and shame on Costa for trying to sneak through charges which they should have known were already included in our 7 nights cruise.

I am unhappy with Seascanner currently, we booked our first short cruise to see how we get on. We booked our original booking and received an email that the cruise was cancelled. I tried searched for a replacement but was informed I was unable to rebook with another company. I was rebooked without my knowledge to a cruise that we did not choose and no one is willing to amend , refund or give us credit for our own choice

After an issue with my passport, I could not have been more greatful that Erin picked up my call. Long story short we missed the flight and ship embankment and she helped plan a way around it.
