I was struggling during the booking process, it was probably something wrong with the data in the backend. Upon get hold with the live agent - Angelina, she helped to create a booking page for me, just one click from my email to the payment page. All set in 5 minutes. So glad to have a live agent, not AI! Otherwise, probably still stuck in the conversation.

First of all, I would like to state that a lot of people will only write a review if they are complaining. I am the complete other end of the scale. I wrote an email to seascanner customer services on the 04/10/2016. I received an email response to my query on the 05/10/2026. Erin dealt with my query, and answered in full, plain English. Sorted my query there and then. Erin then went above and emailed me the ticketed for my up coming cruise. Thank you Erin, I have used seascanner serval times before, and I will endeavour to use them many times in the future. Thanks again Erin, great response and time frame. I would recommend seascanner to all of my friends and family, for price, and customer services.

Well, thanks to Nik I got a great price, better than any other agent could match, the accessible cabin I required for my disabled husband topped off with great customer service. He simply did everything I requested and ensured I got the cruise I required. His help was excellent.
Erin in customer service must also get a shout, she ensured that all the accessibility details required were completed and sent off to Princess cruises. She was very efficient in her responses, very helpful and offered another excellent customer service experience. I can highly recommend Seascanner, give them the chance to quote for your next cruise, what's to lose??

I booked a cruise with Seascanner uk and have needed to have conversations with customer service I.e. upgraded etc … I have found the cruise lines do not budge.. no matter what… when you’ve paid extra.. It will always cost a bit/lot more for every single thing..even if it will spoil your holiday (like allocation or of room in noisy part of the ship when you have medical issues… Mitch in Seascanner customer services was so upbeat, efficient and true to his word.. he is brilliant and deserves a shout out. Well done Mitch
