I had a teething problem booking my MSc cruise on the site and went onto a live chat session with Angelina who was very efficient in resolving the issue to allow me to complete my booking at a great discounted price.

Quick and easy booking, good offer

Overall easy booking on the website. Excellent competitive prices compared with similar cruise travel agents. A discount code is also a nice bonus. Only one small negative was when emailing to link bookings it took 7 days to respond but as the cruise was for next year it wasn't a problem and my request was fulfilled.

Naomi quickly replied and solved an online query with the cruise line.

Great deals that other companies don't tell you about, easy to book a cruise.

Simple booking process, Saved a few hundred pounds compared to booking direct and once I booked it transferred instantly to the cruise line so was exactly the same as booking direct but much cheaper, I was very impressed and will definitely book through sea scanner again

We booked our cruise which included flights,2 nights pre cruise hotel stay
drinks package and wifi and more !!! We approached sea scanner after contacting Princess cruise to agree to upgrade to premium drinks package
Seascanner admitted advert misleading but it does not include and they refuse to refund £498 deposit
I am also taking this situation to our credit card as no one helping

Requested a name change on booking as I made an error was completed same day as request .

This is my first time to book the cruise trip from Seascanner, as I have no idea about the room size and making a wrong choice when I book the room, after that I have request to change my room type within the same grade and got a very fast follow up by Erin from the Customer Service, I can see my trip info was amended in the website as well, Erin was make my day and I'm now very exciting to look forward to my first cruise trip!!

Erin from Seascanner customer support was absolutely fantastic! She quickly arranged our complimentary parking and even adjusted the timing for us to match our cruise boarding slot without any fuss. Excellent customer service!

Shocking to deal with, can't get a response from anyone when you have a question. You just go round in circles, Even the chat bot fails. Would not use again

I booked a cruise with P&O cruises. We are going on the ship Iona. My cabin was near the engine room. I put in a request to move to midship because of my worry about seasickness. I got a quick reply from Aimee. She was so helpful and advised which cabin would be more suitable to my needs. She gave me a choice of 2 cabins and was very quick to act upon my request. She certainly made me feel more comfortable with my change of cabin. Thanks very much Aimee.

nightmare getting booking amended. My Trip form constantly not working. emailed several times & did manage to speak to a human to say my balance was wrong & I needed to change my card payment. was promised a call back still not heard anything (this has been going on since 21st sept). and now they have taken the wrong balance from a card I DID NOT want to use. wrote an official complaint the same day demanding a refund ..... still no reply.
if you want a hasdle free start to your holiday pay the extra few £ & book where there is actual customer service!

Booked a 4 night cruise through seascanner they were the best price online I found and been really happy with everything we had an amendment and that was easy to do we got a quick response from Shannon no ossues at all would happily book again
