I recently booked a cruise online with Seascanner and the process was simple from start to finish. Easy website to navigate and great customer service. Will definitely book with Seascanner again.

Easy to use site, found the cruise we wanted and got it cheaper than the Cruise companies own site. And still got the Cruise companies incentives as well. Booking process was easy and the payment terms were really useful.

Always quite a bit cheaper than other cruise booking companies. Srarted using them about 4 cruises ago! Easy to use, emails confirm everything and if any issues they get back to you via email pretty quick.

Easy booking experience

Booking was not straightforward
Communication was very poor

My experience was great, very easy to book and great pricing.
I’ve been onto customer service a few times and everything I asked was dealt with very efficiently and quickly.
Looking forward to my cruise and I loved the little titbits that I received from customer service to make my cruise memorable.

Booking was booked incorrectly by me contacted sea-scanner who put it all correct for me dealing with p & o so I now have a cruise suited to my requirements thank you sea-scanner

We made booking and paid in full really good price .only negative was they sent us out a reminder for full payment again after a few days saying if not paid cruise would be cancelled wevthen had to do a lot to see what was going on cant call them only thing you can do is mail them and about 5 days later they get back to you telling you not to worry everthing is paid in full and sorry for the worry that first mail had been sent
