Fast and helpful Customer Support
We booked twice through seascanner and both times all went well. The second time MSC would not release our tickets even though we completed the web check in on their website. So we emailed Seascanner just three days before departure and asked for help. Within the hour Naomi from Seascanner solved the problem by contacting MSC and having our tickets released. We will book all our future cruises with Seascanner, that's for sure.

I made a cruise booking which I needed to upgrade
I made a cruise booking which immediately my wife wanted to upgrade!
You can’t just ring, and there’s no ‘Live Chat’, you have to send an email and wait up to three working days for a response. I was sceptical tbh, but sure enough, on day three I received a message from Shannon offering to start the process of upgrading our cabin once I had replied back. A subsequent email to Shannon was responded to immediately, so good service, but would have been easier if I’d got it right in the first instance.
