When registering for the MSC this time
When registering for the MSC this time, there were no clear instructions on room selection. I filled in four spaces for four people, only to later realize it was a four-person room, which was very inconvenient. The food and service at this MSC were much worse than last time; perhaps there were too many guests, and they couldn't handle it. I'm really disappointed!

AVOID
AVOID! Buyer beware. Seascanner will NOT honour the prices on their website, despite sending a contract confirming your booking. Two days after booking, they said the price of our holiday had gone up by £1000 per person. We could either cough up or get a refund. They say it will take several weeks to get a refund. So a nice little bonus for Seascanner while they sit on our money. Don’t trust their online offers, they admitted that they cannot get the booking price from the cruise line, despite putting that price in the contract, so someone at Seascanner must be sat making up figures to try and con cash out of people. Book with a company that won’t cancel your holiday after they’ve confirmed it. Would never use again.

We have booked a 1st time MSC cruise through a great deal using Seascanner and I had many queries and some changes that needed doing on the booking.
The customer service even though it takes a while for a return email (Be patient it can take up to 2 days for a reply) has been fantastic answering all queries and also managing to change our flights to depart from an alternative UK Airport.
Brilliant stuff.
