You kept to your promised price, even when the 'war' started. 👌
And the drivers are always brilliant 👏

You refused to give price when we made order despite request, against your own policy . A subsequent call asking for price was declined and you gave a date when we would notified of price which you did not meet. Your charges were profiteering as the oil you provided us with was purchased when prices were a lot lower. The time you took for delivery was far longer than all previous orders and your own delivery driver said he was no busier than normal. We will not be be using you again

The staff in the central office are very friendly and helpful so no problems in ordering oil and arranging deliveries

I messaged regarding trouble using the on line service for checking accounts and ordering . This was weeks ago and I followed up with a phone call , still no reply or help which is disappointing

Terrible automated telephone service.
Order made on 26 February for 600 litres of heating oil for guaranteed delivery 4 March -didn’t arrive. Numerous calls to different agents on 7 and 9 March eventually said delivery would be on Tuesday, 10 March, but that didn’t happen and when I chased the office Ì was told the tanker had broken down and had to return to the depot! Promised to deliver the following day but that never arrived either and instead just received an email late afternoon from the depot apologising for the non-delivery and saying they would be in touch to arrange a new date!
I spent a lot of time the next day, Thursday, and told delivery would be on Friday. Mercifully the delivery was made early that morning.
But I had had a very stressful week and wasted an enormous amount of time chasing your office and speaking to at least six or seven agents about the overdue delivery. (Ì do have to say all your agents were courteous but obviously let down by the depot not getting back to them when they were trying to chase up my order.)
