Goff Heating Oil is a long established family owned and managed heating oil distributor, delivering heating oil to homes and businesses across East Anglia and the South East. The Goff name and business can be traced back from 1888 when Herbert Goff the Great Grandfather of today’s Managing Director Michael began the business. Goff now serve more than 70,000 homes, farms, schools, and businesses direct with heating oil at better prices than most of their competitors. Our heating oil is sourced from local refineries, or major distribution terminals, and your delivery will be from one of these, or from one of the local Goff depots based at strategic points across East Anglia and the South East. Today Goff is proud to still be an independent family business that is recognised as one of the top 5 distributors in the UK (Source Fuel Oil News).

I always order from Goff and have no problem however this time driver had a spillage over my New Patio he took pictures and tried to clean up best he could but I had no apologies from company or some sort of compensation it smelt for weeks! and still am unsure if it’s damaged as weather hasn’t allowed to dry out yet.

The delivery came sooner than expected
The delivery came sooner than expected. I am never expected to do anything other than make sure my side gate is unlocked. The delivery driver fills up efficiently and quietly and navigates our narrow, twisty access competently. Thankyou.

Quality of service dropped considerably
Drivers are always very good.
Far too expensive, now not giving credit and have to pay fully up front. This is very unsatisfactory as I had made 4 previous purchases as they asked. They no longer fill up your tank to the top, you have to guess, this is also very unsatisfactory.
I will be looking elsewhere next time

Thank you for letting us know you are happy with the service our drivers provide and for your time when we called you today. We greatly appreciate your custom but unfortunately, like the rest of the industry, we can now have to request payment up front and can no longer do top ups. We are doing everything we can price wise in an unpredictable market dictated by events thousands of miles away. We offer monthly payment and paypal pay in 3 to help spread the cost and are currently offering up to £30 off your oil order this month. If we cannot put more into your tank we will always refund you the difference.
Great service
Easy to order, great communication, arrived on time and filled up with no issues, great service!
