Good oil price. Quick to order with no fuss and very quick delivery! Almost too quick!!! I am not complaining but I thought by the time the oil arrived I would be able to fit the order into my tank - but the delivery arrived within a few days and therefore I couldn't take it all. Called on day of order to see if we could get earlier delivery as we thought our tank was empty. Was told routes had been set but a check would be made to see if we could get delivery over weekend or Monday. Was told I would get a call. Did not get a return call and delivery did not arrive until the Wednesday. This was 5 working days from order. Delivery as promised but poor customer service as no call on request for earlier delivery.

When you want heating oil Goff is always there cannot fault service or price.

The order was taken, the tanker turned up , delivered what was ordered and then left. Very efficient service given.

I operate in the executive sphere within financial services sales and make a point of keeping my finger on the pulse of world events, so I’ll admit I went into my call with Gavin thinking I knew best. My ego got the better of me.
