I operate in the executive sphere…
I operate in the executive sphere within financial services sales and make a point of keeping my finger on the pulse of world events, so I’ll admit I went into my call with Gavin thinking I knew best. My ego got the better of me.
What followed was a masterclass in consultative selling. Gavin is a natural communicator and at no point did he push. He gave me perspective. He laid out the facts in clear, specific detail, walked me through the wider external pressures and frameworks I hadn’t fully weighed and gave me honest input, even where it challenged my own view. His influence came entirely from knowledge and credibility, not sales tactics and by the end I’d changed my mind because the evidence warranted it.
His knowledge base is outstanding, his communication is exceptional and he went above and beyond throughout. People with this combination of expertise and integrity are rare in a sales environment.
To the leadership at Goff: Gavin’s approach is exactly what the rest of your team should be learning from. His skills would be best used in a role where he can train and mentor other staff and I’d strongly encourage you to recognise him with a promotion. Highly recommended.

They were within the delivery date
They were within the delivery date. Very efficient and unobtrusive. Although I was in residence I would not have known the delivery had taken place. Unfortunately, price wise it was double the price I paid for the same amount I had delivered in February. I welcome the possibility of a price cap similar to that for other types of fuel.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to see that you were happy with the service from our driver. Due to the conflict in the middle east the pricing has fluctuated dramatically and we will continue to offer the best pricing we possibly can and we would welcome Government support.

Fuel lost,
Somehow during the delivery the sight tube was knocked out of its casing causing fuel to be syphoned out of the tank straight into the ground.
I sent photo to customer services they said this was not possible as no splashes on tank.
As the tube was on the ground below the tank the fuel went straight into it.
I asked for for someone to come out and inspect, but this was refused.
If this had happened before the delivery the tank would have been empty. It was about a quarter full.
The leak was noticed about 15 minutes after delivery when there was a strong smell of fuel.

Hello, from the images we have seen of your tank it is not possible for the top of the tank to come away. As you have stated there is no evidence of oil anywhere outside of the tank. I have spoken to our customer service representative who has passed on the details of our COO.
