I don’t have an account
I don’t have an account, but they continue to Invoice me for a delivery to a property I sold 16 months ago.
And, despite raising a GDPR issue with them about, I have received no communication from them.

We had a different drive this time and he was very good and knows how to interact with people and us golden oldies. The price of the oil had gone up thanks to Mr Trump.

Overly tedious ordering process when…
Overly tedious ordering process when ordering by phone, so many irrelevant questions - fair enough if your a new customer, but I’ve used them for 38 years. However, delivery was as scheduled and price per litre fairly competitive.

From ordering through to delivery, the service was excellent. Communication was clear throughout, with helpful text updates confirming the expected delivery time.

Pleased with updates
When I ordered fuel .couldn't be told a price for reasons to do with the price fluctuating.
I was okay with this as I needed fuel.
I was told a date and I got a txt telling me the price before hand to ask if I still wanted it.
It arrived on the day stated .
So was kept upto date

My review is not great
Web link that failed to operate correctly.
A very unhelpful response to my initial telephone call.
A failure to prioritise us as we have been told in the past would happen, resulting in our having to switch off central heating and Rayburn for a week.
When the delivery was made the driver did not announce his presence and left the delivery note in an inappropriate place which I didn't notice for several days.
However, I would have given 10 stars to the lady in your Inverness office when I visited to see if I could sort things out. She was excellent.

Missed two promised delivery dates
Missed two promised delivery dates. Missed delivery date for previous order too. It makes it very difficult to judge when to place an order. Drivers courteous and helpful though.
