No doctors office has heard of them
No doctors office has heard of them, none of them want to work with them. A PPO that allows you go to nowhere. I asked them to help me find a place that took their insurance, after a few weeks they told me a place. Made an appointment at that place, that place did not take them as insurance. It feels like they just want to pretend to be insurance, bog everything down with waiting, hope you get lazy so you end up not getting healthcare. Sana talks about you paying out of pocket and they will reimburse you, but then you are paying thousands of dollars and waiting/hoping they pay you back. If someone got really sick they would be out of luck with Sana

If any problem came up it was addressed quick. Billing was good . To bad it went up. Every employee liked this company.

We worked with Sana for 6 years and had a very good experience with the company. We would have loved to continue with them, but the increase in premiums was almost 50% from the prior year and we just couldn't justify that much of an increase.

We are a small company with 10 employees and we had a great experience with Sana Benefits. The premiums were very reasonable, customer support was very helpful and the claims process was smooth.
Good Service and Coverage, but Still Growing in Recognition
We had a positive experience with this health insurance company. Although we ultimately decided to cancel our policy because another provider offered better pricing, we want to acknowledge that their customer service was always attentive and efficient. The coverage and provider network they offered were also good, and during the time we were with them, we did not experience issues with claims or general support.
The only area for improvement we noticed is that the company is not yet very well known, which sometimes caused minor delays or confusion when visiting certain doctors’ offices, as not all of them were familiar with the insurer. However, once clarified, everything proceeded smoothly.
Overall, it is a company that provides good service and a courteous experience. If they continue to grow their brand recognition and expand their network, they will certainly be a strong option in the market.

Very easy website and portal to use. Our employees voiced ease with Dr. appointments, services offered, and co pays.

After just 9 months of having a group policy for my company SANA dropped our coverage.
SANA also denied medical benefits that I was used to getting with my secondary insurance I carried personally.
Not recommended unless you want to check the box on instance benefits. Expect to be disappointed if there are claims.

Visited this insurer and had a very poor experience. In my case, bills were left unpaid for weeks despite multiple follow‑ups by phone and email. Calls were rarely returned, and promised callbacks did not happen. Based on this experience, trust and responsiveness felt unacceptable. Strongly recommend staying away and choosing a different insurance provider

The worst insurance company by far that I’ve had. Unbelievably high monthly premiums with an exorbitant deductible.
They could only find two (what they considered) a primary care physician…which was an urgent care and Minute Clinic in CVS.
Needed lab work done and Quest had never heard of Sana. I went to Lab Corp since they have a relationship with them. Both said it would cost over a $1,000 because of my deductible. ZERO of my current doctors had not heard of them. Needless to say, I did not go to the doctor for the two years I had them.
