Rocket fibre is brilliant, does exactly what it means, fast and reliable and great customer service, was very easy to sign up and is value for money, would highly recommend👍

Facing charge increases from my original provider, I looked for a company to switch to. Rocket Fibre were offering excellent speeds at a very reasonable price. Switching was smooth and very easy, and I found their team of advisors knowledgeable and professional, while being friendly and approachable. I had the unfortunate experience of losing connection for over a week. The support team, in particular a very capable chap called Wes, were extremely (hah) supportive and helpful. The problem turned out to be with the cable network, not Rocket Fibre themselves, however Wes and the team got the network supplier on to my case and I got a new ONT box, which solved the problem. I have taken off one star because they closed my support ticket without contacting me to ascertain whether my problem was resolved.

Good and stable internet with straightforward features.

Made my switch over to Rocket Fibre suuuper easy. I had quite a few questions & they took time out their day to respond to my tickets (in a timely manner) & explain it all thoroughly. Extremely grateful!

We were moved automatically to Rocket Fibre after our existing provider merged with them. The move has gone really smoothly with no interruption in service. We have had very quick responses when we’ve had to get in touch with them.

We moved to an area where the usual provides aren’t available, so had a choice of some unfamiliar companies. We chose Rocket Fibre and the service is excellent. No issues, great stable speeds and great value. We have been used to a provider with SKY high prices and flakey speeds so it’s great to have a stable service with Rocket Fibre where you don’t feel like your being fleeced for poor service with long term tie in 🙏🏼 so far so good, no complaints here!

pure straight forward and very understanding.
Compare with TalkTalk which they are dishonest and transfer me to other technicians, transfer me to others seem they don't know how to do theirs job.

Excellent service. Spoke to Rocket Fibre querying one aspect and the issue was resolved immediately.

Transferred from another provider to Rocket , transfer went fine .Nice to talk to someone you can understand and they understand you. My speeds have not increased though , still around 250 mbps instead of the faster speeds I am paying for !! This is the only compliant so far .

Transferred from another provider on City Fibre - pretty seamless transition - I had to contact Rocket support (raise a ticket) on the day and they responded by phone within the hour (amazing). A couple of power cycles of the router later everything was working fine and has been since.

My experience with rocket fibre was fabulous thanks to the very helpful Murray Hart.
He was extremely professional, but very kind patient and understanding with the middle-aged woman that didn’t really know what she was doing! We got there in the end and I can’t thank him enough 😀

I migrated from another provider around 2 weeks ago. This was due to my old provider deciding to put their price up every April. The move was flawless, communication was excellent and the speeds are fantastic. They also offer the most competitive price for 1gb , with no further charges added every April. Couldn't be happier with price and service!

My connection was migrated from link broadband to rocket fibre. Link broadband already billed me for month of April and then I received another bill from rocket fibre. I checked my bank account and could see there is already deduction for April.

I don't know what is the deal between Link and rocket fibre. Previously Link used to bill me twice for same month and later refunded. I thought this time also due to some technical error , I am getting bill again. Now rocket broad band applied a late fee on me.

As a customer the transition should be seamless and I shouldn't bothered by it. The billing should have been started from next month and link , rocket should settle it among themselves.

I talked to customer care and he rudely answered me that they cannot remove the late fee.

It was not my problem and still I am asked to pay the late fee.

Can you please remove the late fee ?

Rocket fibre finally agreed to remove my late payment fee after so much discussion and after I created ticket for them. I wish if they could have done same in the first place without so much argument . Link and Rocket should take care of the issue and should see how they can serve their customer better .

Informed that Rocket Fibre we’re taking over link broadband. Various emails telling me I don’t need to do anything it will be handled for me, just need to create a new login to access on line account. Then getting demands for unpaid bills and additional fees! Link broadband took my payment on the 1st of April as usual, but somehow I now owe Rocket over £50! Appalling changeover and suspicious billing practices. Be vary wary! Especially if you were previously a link broadband customer.

Update.. I went over the welcome email and it does not mention setting up a payment plan. I opened a support ticket, uploaded the email as proof, however Rocket just closed the ticket without responding. I have re opened the support ticket. Will update.

Update.. Rocket got back in touch and agreed that their welcome email did not tell me that I needed to set up a new payment method. They have agreed to refund me the late payment charge too. Good to have got this sorted out.
So really there just needs to be an acknowledgment on here that the reply posted by rocket to my initial review was incorrect.

I have recently moved house and could no longer have my original broadband BT on the new housing estate. Of those available I chose Rocket to be my new supplier. I placed my order and promptly received my new router. I did have an initial connection issue but after a couple of calls to the customer services team this was quickly sorted out. My experience with Rockets customer service and the subsequent use of the broadband has so far been excellent and would recommend them to anyone considering them as their future supplier.

I am very satisfied with the Rocket fibre Company. The customer service was very helpful and quick
