Really happy with Rocket Fibre so far. The broadband is much faster than my old provider, and the signal coverage around the house is brilliant. Exactly what I was looking for. Great service overall!

I moved house and went with Rocket Fibre. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 1.5 weeks after the date I had specified for broadband to be provisioned for the service to actually be provisioned. They claimed that it was an issue with OFNL. A human service agent was quick to respond when I submitted a ticket querying this issue, but they were unable to give accurate dates for resolution.
However, since then my broadband has been working great. I especially liked how easy it was to set up my router.

Excellent all round, great service and fab speeds.
Best price around and everything went smoothly.
Would highly recommend

Worst provider out there. The support team have no idea what they are doing and they have no way of being able to provide the service requested

Never even got to use them. Despite neighbours having used them (though not very happily,) I contacted them re. broadband/landline service. I received an abrupt, single line reply "we do not supply your address". They could not have been less polite if they'd told me to go forth and multiply ! If this is an indicator of their service, I probably missed a bullet !

Shocking customer service. Internet went down on the 23rd May. Closed due to bank holiday so unable to get support over the phone.

When reporting on reopening, told you have to be down for 72 hours before they compensate, and it is from when you notify them.

Then told there is service to the house so must be the router. As we are out of contract can send a new router if we enter another contract. Confirmed we wanted to do that and they didn’t send the router. On cancelling due to their incompetence, then told it will be 30 days before they shut the line even if we pay up the 30 day notice period.

Obviously a very small company as you only ever get the same 2 young lads who sound like they are half asleep.

Avoid and go to a decent company like See the Light.

Great speeds from the one router, it doesn’t really suffer with too much of a drop in speed when you are upstairs (the router is in the cupboard under the stairs)

Completely expected given how these guys have been from the start. Customer support is terrible, Tom is a rude and incompetent owner who can't even do basic maths.

Like another reviewer has said, they make the leaving process painful, you have to wait for your random final bill that they can't tell you about before you actually proceed with the cancellation. No other company I've ever dealt with operate this way... Then when they do bill you they add another 2 months to it and say that's right?

I signed up in August of 2025, have had patchy and crap internet since. Zero support (they just say well other people are ok so you must be too) and gave up until now, thankfully Vodafone offer a good amount to buy out your contract and it's time to leave.

My contract with Rocket was 18 months, have 8 paid bills but apparently have another 12 to pay off? When querying, Tom responds saying it's the correct amount and dares me to contact Ofcom? Ok Tom I have :)

Also completely ready to contact my bank and perform a chargeback the second you try and take the wrong amount guys :)

Brilliantly fast wifi, very easy set up and installation. Easy communication via email or phone call very quick response always happy to help.

Brought a house that had see the light and they seemed expensive and had slower speeds than others, so shopped around and found Rocket fibre.

It’s been active for 2 weeks and it’s working very well. I have 960 down and 960 up consistently. Everything is working perfectly.

I had quite a lot of questions which were answered very quickly and with great knowledge. Superb support.

The only issue I’ve had is the the eero routers don’t work with my Hypervolt ev charger so I changed to tp-link deco and now all is great.

In summary - very happy and impressed with the service I’m receiving.

Prompt delivery of router. Quick set up. Had zero issues with broadband. Highly recommend

Very quick to respond to questions, activation date was faultless, very easy set up, seamless transition from one provider to another

Just moved in to a new build and internet infrastructure was through ONFL. Had a look at providers and Rocket Fibre was well recommended and provided speeds needed.
Set up was simple despite a few issues builder (not Rocket Fibre) related.
Rocket Fibre were brilliant at working with us, the customer, with the builders and the engineers to ensure that we had a connection as soon as possible.
It was refreshing to speak to the same person at customer service (Danielle - who was brilliant!) each time I called, and it added a personal touch and consistent support. I couldn't recommend Danielle and their customer service any more highly.
Functionability through the app is very good and speeds are as advertised.
A really good experience with a provider that I hadn't previously heard of but would now highly recommend!

Super easy to setup, support was very helpful on the initial enquiry! Speed has been good and no outages so far, so pretty satisfied early on :)
