OFNL network connection
Router was delivered in less than a day and the network was set up as soon as the connection went online so our new home was set up with Internet and TV services very quickly.
No problems with the service after the first month.

AVOID!!
My experience with this company recently has been a nightmare. Lack of transparency, customer service is not good at all.. there is absolute lack of empathy towards their customers and just made the situation worse.
I’m trying to close my account but they keep bringing up different invoices and have threatened/coerced me to pay for services they are not rendering despite the fact that I have now moved out of the property.
Definitely not recommended!! Avoid while you can.

Rocket Fibre agents were rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and lacked manners.
My WiFi signal was weak despite having a small new build home.
My internet was accidentally cut off by Rocket Fibre and they did nothing proactive to resolve. I had to intervene and speak to OFNL (who RB blamed) to get things moving. The issue was nothing to do with OFNL. There was no apology or explanation.
I moved provider to one who is far superior. I have stronger wifi signal and the reps are very polite, helpful and friendly.
Rocket Fibre modems are cheap rubbish, as is the service. Do not sign up to this company.

Our team works hard to deliver reliable connectivity and professional support, and we always step in quickly when third-party infrastructure is involved to ensure faults are resolved as efficiently as possible. The routers we provide are widely used across our network and typically deliver strong in-home coverage, although our support team is always happy to help optimise WiFi performance where needed.
Having looked at your Trustpilot activity, it appears you set a very high bar for service providers something we genuinely respect even if it means we occasionally fall short of your expectations. That said, we remain committed to delivering a level of service that most customers are very happy with.
Should you wish for us to review anything further, our support team is always available to assist.

The whole process from start to finish was so easy. We picked the router up and had no issues connecting it. The app is very easy to navigate.
For the 1st time in 7 years we have perfect internet over 3 floors, wish I’d known about you sooner !

Far better than Seethelight
Moved from Seethelight recently, & speeds are far superior to what I was getting. Weren't many provider options due to living in a relatively new estate, but I'm very happy I chose Rocket Fibre. Didn't request a modem with my original order which was an oversight on my part, as i had no idea how complicated trying to configure my old modem would be. I very strongly recommend getting an eero router through Rocket Fibre when you place the order. The eero app used to control devices etc is very good too. Only reason It's 4* is their staff couldn't help me get online with my own router before I upgraded my product within the first few days to resolve the issue. I imagine it's because it isn't their hardware & now I won't have that problem.

Best ISP in the UK for Pro Gaming
I recently switched from Zen to Rocket Fibre, and the transition was seamless as Rocket Fibre handled everything for me.
The 1Gbps package works perfectly with constant speeds and great stability—especially on the static IP, which I opted for at an extra £4.99. Overall, I’m getting the same quality for a lower price, plus the Eero 6+ router was included.
The biggest surprise, however, has been the ping. It’s a rock-solid 8ms with no fluctuations. As a pro player, this is a total game-changer.
In my opinion, this is the best internet service in the UK. The pricing is among the lowest on the market, while the quality of service is absolutely fantastic.

I switched over to Rocket Fibre after…
I switched over to Rocket Fibre after coming from 1310 after having extremely high packet loss, massive ping spikes and an overall underwhelming and inconsistent performance. Since switching to Rocket Fibre I have been immensely happy with the service provided and they provide speeds which I pay for and a consistent performance all across the board. I cannot recommend RF enough to anyone looking for an extremely good consistent connection.

I have recently moved into a new build…
I have recently moved into a new build estate and chose Rocket Fibre as my internet provider. Initial contact was brilliant and contacting the office is quick and simple.
Setup on the day stated and not looked back since. No issues with my connectivity to date and price is on par with all major internet providers.
I’m just waiting for an update of the services so I can have faster speeds but I believe that this will be in the near future
No complaints from me :)

Rocket Fibre Masterclass
Experience with Rocket Fibre has been 10/10 from even before we were "Online", moved in to a new property late last year, our Hub arrived promptly and when they said it would, came online almost immediately on the activation date, and our speeds have been nothing but consistent for the 3 months we've had them. I've called their customer service team 3/4 times and not even got past one ring cycle before someone has picked up the phone. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone if asked.
